A great trip, an additional day would be welcome.
I have already submitted my review, and been asked again after I sent it...so this is your third request! Great holiday but don't want to review it yet again!!
Lovely outings - Worcester guide excellent - hotel and all staff including the railway volunteers were friendly and helpful. A guide in Cheltenham would have been a useful extra.
Great location base. I loved the holiday but it was a pity about the heat as the hotel has no aircon in the rooms and of course we did not have a steam engine due to the fire hazard but it was enjoyable. Thank you
An excellent trip but could be improved by adding an extra day to visit something not train related, like the Cotswold Farm Park, which does take coach parties. The tour manager was helpful and efficient
A great holiday with full length journeys on the Severn Valley and Gloucester & Warwickshire Railways, not the usual part journeys of a standard coach trip. Lovely hotel in a good position and super food, choice and quality. An included walking tour of Worcester was a welcome and informative addition. We would have preferred a tour leader who was a railway buff, to give us more information regarding the railway outings and steam railway operations but we have no complaints regarding Sharon or her leadership, as she was an excellent guide. We thoroughly enjoyed the holiday and its relaxed timetable.
Very well organised all round
Our first Great Rail Journey holiday. Unfortunately the extreme heat spoiled it for us, particularly as the hotel room was VERY hot and no air conditioning. As a result of this we found it a real struggle.

I am sorry to hear that the uncommonly high temperatures made this tour an additional struggle for you. We always want to make sure that these tours involved comfortable accommodation and travel, but this can sometimes be difficult when the weather is particularly extreme.
We hope that despite this, your first tour with us left you with some wonderful memories of the Cotswolds, and we hope that you will travel with us again.

Very enjoyable, lovely hotel and very much enjoyed the trip to Broadway. Just the right amount of free time. Julie was an excellent tour guide. Will be going away with Great Rail Journeys again next year.
needs looking at The tour of Worcester need looking at no Catheredral no royal porcelain potterand went no where near the river severn ?
