Wonderful introduction to 3 beautiful cities. Excellent balance between guided tours and free time to explore on our own. Supportive and approachable tour guide who made the whole experience care-free. Dinners were exceptional.

Well organised enough time at each city to see the main attractions
It was a great experience and we enjoyed every minute of it. The tour manager was very supportive and our guides were extremely well informed and very friendly. Each city was very different but each had its distinctive character and a history that shaped Europe.
Great experience, very well organised and had a great time. Couldn't have organised this myself, possibly the only way to visit these 3 wonderful cities

Laura was a superb tour guide
A most enjoyable tour well organised by Laura our guide. A nice mixture of feet time to ourselves along with interesting guided tours. Particularly enjoyed the river cruise in Budapest
Apart from KLM flight delays both going ( meaning we missed or flight from Schippol) and returning (over 1 hour late) the week was extremely well organised by Laura Catchpole. She really is the most helpful and organised tour director I have met, and I have been on many tours with good directors. The holiday and visits were well suited to the age group, mid to old !!! and plenty of free time o do your own thing. Fortunately the whole group were so helpful and friendly that everyone clicked as soon as they met up.
Enjoyable and Informative discovery of these great cities
Very pleasant.
We enjoyed our trip and had good service by our tour guide. The hotels were well positioned for transport links to the city centres, but we thought the Vienna Hotel could have been improved. Travelling with a group for our first time was good.
An enjoyable first trip with Great Rail Journey serving as an introduction to this cities. Highlights included the guided tours (and well informed guides), the trip on the Danube, the Belvedere museum, a 3 (artists) in 1 exhibition in Prague
Well organised, good tours and good amount of free time.
In Prague streets crowded and signs to attractions in Czech only. Vienna and Budapest better.
Great trip good hotels lovely cities Phil tour manager was good always there with any information we needed would certainly recommend this trip .
The pleasure of experiencing the three cities in a little over a week was one we'll never forget. The only negative was that some of the timings, notably when transferring from city to city, meant that some parts seemed rather rushed. The three tour guides were exceptionally knowledgeable bringing each city to life and our tour manager was fabulous and personable from start to finish.

Excellent tour guide , well planned and very good local guides.
We visited Prague, Vienna & Budapest (not Berlin on this trip) on an 8 night stay. We enjoyed Prague and Budapest but there was not sufficient time to really enjoy Vienna and will go back again on a separate trip. The trip is too ambitious to cover all three cities in the time allocated which was a shame. Having said that the actual arrangements made by the company were good, i.e. hotel, guides, transport, tour manager but it seemed rushed which spoiled the overall holiday. It should be at least 9/10 nights.
