Hotel ok, would have been nice to be pulled by steam (but understand why not) - a bit expensive for what we got - Tour guide was ok'ish. Have enquired about a trip next year - very, very expensive - can go to the Algarve all inclusive for less!!

Lovely tour guide, very helpful. Hotel acceptable, but nothing special. Guided walking tour of Norwich very long,on the hottest day of the year, some people couldn't keep up with her, and so didn't hear her information Other tours excellent.

A fantastic experience on the trains and Broads by boat. Good leadership by Mags Walsh. The trip was only 5 days so I added extra days at a B&B in Cromer so that I could see the pier show.

A short break in the city, hotel well situated and excellent standard, everything easy to get to, all excursions interesting and well coordinated, excellent tour manager (Mags).....highly recommended!!

Excellent tour manger.

Friendly travelling companions, good because I was solo. The tour manager was changed at the last minute from the one published, felt that service was compromised as a result. Enjoyable itinerary in the good weather. Well located hotel, everything provided to an excellent standard, including breakfast, but the evening meals were very very badly cooked for the whole week. That was disappointing compared to your previous holiday hotels..

Rated 4 out of 5 stars

Although the tour was overall very good and very well organised. The hotel rather spoiled the experience. The location was good but the quality of food and service wasn’t up to standard. The list of dos and don’ts left for football fans in the room gave the hotel an unusual atmosphere. Not what we expected from Holiday Inn. This was our first experience of using Great Rail Journeys and are considering our next trip with them.

Very good trip, hotel ok except for the dinners.

A very pleasant few days in a delightful part of the country

I think we should have spread the train journeys over two days and not spent Friday just sight seeing Norwich . We all felt very rushed on the Saturday. The time spent at Sandringham was very enjoyable and well spent .

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Very enjoyable and good company.

Rated 4 out of 5 stars

The poor evening meals were very disappointing, I would have scored 5 stars otherwise.

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Great 4 night break, trips and staff faultless. Especially enjoyed Sandringham, the walking tour of Norwich and the boat trip on the Broads

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Very positive opportunity to find out more about Norwich and parts of Norfolk previously unfamiliar to us.

Rated 1 out of 5 stars

Good trips well arranged. Hotel food not up to expectations.

Rated 4 out of 5 stars

The hotel was conveniently situated near the station. Breakfast was excellent and although the menu choice for dinner was not extensive, it was adequate. The holiday started slowly with little more than a tour of Norwich and then ‘’free time’. However the latter days were excellent and well organised.
