Disappointed

Ordered a preorder figure in December and which was finally available in March.
After numerous emails I was told by the by the store that it had arrived and they were working through preorders and should be delivered to me soon.
It's now June and I have still not received my order.
Very disappointed to say the least, definitely will not preorder anything again.

Avoid at all costs.

Ordered a figure showing as in stock in Dec 2024 (screenshot taken). Sent countless emails and phoned the telephone number given on the website and nothing.

Now in May 2025 (almost 6 months later) and I still haven’t received anything.

Now that the figure I ordered can easily be sourced elsewhere, I get the feeling there’s a scam going on. I even asked for a refund, but again, nothing.

As a collector I would advise anyone to avoid this company at all costs. The two registered directors (see companies house) need to be called out for what they are doing.

You have been warned.

Christopher Lee Dracula

Purchased a Neca Christopher Lee Dracula( recieved today). Really Happy with the service I got delivery and packaging was great. When I did have a query re the postponing of the release date I got a prompt reply to my satisfaction..have used before and would do so again

Hard to beat

Great range of products, competitively priced and, most importantly, excellent customer service. Friendly, helpful and timely responses - highly recommended. Really impressed and will definitely be using again. The products are all fantastic, but then NECA and Trick Or Treat always are.

Do not use this company!

Ordered an item in January, a very expensive item and haven't heard anything since, I've sent countless messages and I'm worried I've lost my money because they won't respond to me! Won't be using ever again. Absolutely disgusted!

Middling communication and service

I pre-ordered an item in March last year, which I later emailed Great Scott Collectables to cancel in the April. Martyn responded with "That's fine will get that sorted for you", and that was that.

Fast forward to January and my pre-order arrives. I think, "that's strange, perhaps it's a mistake", but it wasn't. I checked my PayPal activity and my order was never cancelled or refunded, meaning Martyn didn't cancel my pre-order as he said he would.

So far, I've sent two emails and tried calling multiple times to no avail ("number not available" - that's comforting). I'm very disappointed in both the lack of communication and poor business practice.

UPDATE: the seller finally organised a return and refunded me, and was polite and apologetic in doing so, so I have adjusted my star rating. However, resolving this ordeal was more challenging than it needed to be, and perhaps a review of order processes might reduce the possibility of this happening to another buyer.

Poor communication & care

I pre-ordered some items in September 2023 (nearly £300 worth). Naturally there were delays but I was only finding out about this by sending numerous emails over the following months. Promises were made all through to October 2024 when replies just ceased all together. I finally applied for a chargeback through my credit card which was approved & strangely enough, the items turned up 2 days later (14 months after the original order). Even then it was delivered to an incorrect address. It's a real shame as my previous experience was fine. It's unfortunate that I'll be taking my business elsewhere as I thought they were a legitimate business with good values. A little communication to the people supporting your small business goes a long way.

They really don't care to respond to…

They really don't care to respond to email inquiries. I have also followed up but still nothing. I have pre-ordered from somewhere else of course an also won't buy anything from them. Unacceptable really.

Really great service

Really great service! Messaged them about a Star Trek item on Saturday morning and they got back to me straight away. Ordered item and it arrived Monday morning. Would definitely use again! Thank you! :)

Orderd 3 funko pops from these guys all…

Orderd 3 funko pops from these guys all came in a protective case which was a very nice touch was packaged extremely well bubble wrapped and arrived within 48 hours of placing the order I will 100% be ordering from then in the near future and I can't recommend enough

Great Overall - Saw Billy Deluxe

Ordered a Saw Billy Deluxe Prop, condition was perfect and clearly wasn't tampered with, great price too. Communication was a wee bit inconsistent seeing it took a while for the product to be delivered but overall was assuring communication and would buy from here again :)

Still waiting on an item I ordered back…

Still waiting on an item I ordered back in December which although was out of stock, now is in stock on many other websites and I have requested refund but I’m yet to receive it.
Even before I asked to cancel my order there was absolutely no communication for over three months and I’ve been told my refund has been processed but it’s yet to come through, the seller is not responding to me and there’s no sign of my money back.
Very very disappointing and extremely poor customer service!
Should not be advertising items on your site if you cannot fulfill the orders and have no intention of replying to customers who have spent money with you!!
