Terrible customer service.
The worst customer service I ever experienced in Germany. I filled the billing address and the delivery address but when I paid the company website system automatically decided to send the package to same address of the billing address. I called them but the phone did not work and I could not leave any message, then I sent an email, a message on Facebook, Instagram but nothing. The day after they didd't check neither my email, messages on social media and now my package will go to another country and there's no much they could not do, so I lost 62 euro because they website system made this mistake. Never again. Very disappointing.
