I placed an order in October 2025. The confirmation said orders would be processed within a few working days, but months passed with no shipping update. I contacted the company and opened a support ticket in February, but never received a real reply. Since then, I still haven’t heard back and the order has never arrived. The complete lack of communication has been really frustrating.

2026-03-26 UPDATE: I heard back from customer service after writing this review and will hopefully be recieving my order soon!

Bought the Chris Waddle Wednesday tee, proper 90s vibes. Love it!

My first order was ok after a month I got in touch and the goods sent out. Second time was in Nov 25 and until now I am still trying to contact them (emailed since 29/12) to get a tracking number. It is very irresponsible from my point of view. Website says they will post good out in a week but I have waited over 2 months now.

And I totally agree with another reviewer their communication is really poor.

I hope now they can see I need a reply!

Follow up:
The company contacted me through trustpilot in a day and promised to provide me tracking details with Royal Mail but until now I have not received an update as promised. I was provided a non exist tracking code which I am very surprised how they deal with this complaint.

Updates:
After opening a case under section 75 with my credit card and Greazy Tees finally posted out my order. So after 3-4 months time I did recieve them. But I am not impressed that the honest review was denied by the company (received a request said the company claimed this review is meant for another company?!!) I can proof all are genuine facts and from the order details/emails/case opening with the credit and etc.

Was going to amend the stars after finally receiving my order but the attitude from them makes me feel not going to. Sorry. Fact is fact!

Ordered a T Shirt for our son in a large- Sent an XL which is no good Have done 6 support tickets since December and no one has bothered to contact us so we spend over £50 on an item we didnt receive. they r useless and i would NEVER use them again

Pretty disappointed.

I placed my order on November 9th. It is now December 3rd. I have emailed and am currently waiting for a reply but regardless I am disappointed and dissatisfied. This timing goes beyond that of typical waiting and delays and reading some reviews on other platforms, this seems to be a regular issue.

Just upsetting. I love the print of the shirt I bought: it’s one of a kind. But importantly it was 80 some dollars with shipping. Now that money feels wasted. If the shirt ever arrives, this will be my first and last purchase.

Three stars because I genuinely like the print and hope there ends up being a positive conclusion to this.

I ordered 14 items in the sample sale. 2 x 2xl and 12 x XL paid extra for Royal Mail 24 hour delivery.

Both took 5 days to arrive after they were ‘shipped’ and both came with Royal Mail 48 hour shipping labels on.

Tracking doesn’t update the whole wait for the products and I sent a message after 4 days asking if I should be worried and never received a reply. This was on the 28th of August.

When they finally did arrive all of the white t-shirts were stained and showed signs of heavy use. There was no t and C on sample sale, but sample sale definitely doesn’t mean second hand!

One white t shirt, has a yellow colour stained and put stains, it stunk of BO, that is just actually gross, I wouldn’t expect that even if I did buy something second hand?

On top of this all 14 were 2xl even though 12 were meant to be XL!

I contacted the support on the 31st of August about the state of the t shirts with photos.

And I haven’t had a reply, it’s such a shame as I was really looking forward to my order

I was hesitant to order due to a few reviews saying that orders had taken a while to come and this was for a birthday present, however I am so glad that I went ahead and ordered. Could not fault this company at all, their customer service was nothing short of excellent - I emailed to ensure it would arrive on time and I had received my order within 2 days. The quality is really good and the print.

Great experience — loved my order!

I ordered from Greasy Tee and everything was spot on. My order arrived quickly, exactly as described, and the quality was great. Really happy with the service and would definitely recommend them.

Received my t-shirt in just 3 days, fantastic delivery and really well packaged. The quality of the t-shirt and the graphics is incredible, definitely not that cheap transfer stuff you see everywhere. I reached out to customer service because I got a bit confused about the colour I ordered, and they were super responsive and helpful. I’ll 100% be ordering again!

Love everything about the products but the shipping is slow. If you’re not in a rush then all good.

Ignore all the 1 star reviews, been purchasing for a long time now from these guys and the tees are so cold, fit is immaculate!!

I am absolutely in love with t shirt and hoodie I bought! The designs are so unique and creative, and the quality is great.
Shipping is fast and customers service great, very happy and will purchase again!

I ordered 3 shirts and am very happy with the results. The shirts are of great quantity. I was worried after reading reviews on shipping but I thought the time it took to receive them was fine. They were coming from overseas so of course it takes longer. I think people are use to Amazon but that’s not realistic. I will definitely order again.

I ordered it on 2nd of December, and its still not here. (its been 21 days) and there is not tracking for my order ( it just says that its on its way). I just think its a bit ridiculous. Please i need to know when its coming. The shirt i ordered looks very good tho.

The best customer service I have ever had the privilege of experiencing. The quality of both the shirts and the prints are top notch too - nothing at all to fault.

I ordered two t shirts on the 14th September it's now the 28th and I've received no tracking number or any updates I sent an email and got replied to on the 23rd saying they'd get the tracking sorted but still nothing

I had ordered a shirt in the wrong size and was able to swap it for a smaller size, the shirt design is great and they fit really well, great customer service and would use again
