They scam you. It was on watch dog a bbc 1 channel. Might be cheap before they secretly rip you off but after they do its not cheap. Also ,my experience, the car probably after 500 miles broke down and they said they can replace it after a week. Half my holiday without a car then. And the people in greece just rude. Go to turkey cheaper holidays especially after the failed coup in july 2016 and because of terrorists attacks but dont worry there all in east turkey. It rarely happens anywhere else. Cheap holidays people always smiling and making u feel happy. The cars are reliable but because of car prices in turkey it is a bit expensive to rent. For example a brand new mer c class 2 liter petrol in england is about £20-25 k convert it into lira (turkish currency) about 100k. So u think ok in turkey that car is 100k. Not really. Its double around 200-225k and because of the expensive car prices renting it i admit is expensive. Try driving there. Its actually great. Comfortable takes about 3 days stopping at servixe station about 8 hours sleep included. Not stopping at all to get to istanbul is about a day and a bit maybe half depending on the east european borders. There abit well they hate people going to turkey so they sometimes take the pisss and make u sit around while they search ur car for no reason then cone up with a random excuse like ur cars to heavy or someting without checking which basically means give me a pack of faggs or something like 20 euros. Then again much cheaper than plane about half the price plusgoing with a plane means u need to rent a cwr and like i said its expensive so airplane is much more expensive.
