I have used numerous products; the window glass cleaner and degreaser is easy to use with the window vacuum and leaves no marks, no chemical smells; the bamboo socks are so comfortable; i use the microfibre clothes in the bathroom, kitchen, car, all wash easily for reuse.

It’s honestly refreshing to find a company that truly delivers on eco-friendly products. Green Bear makes choosing greener options easy, and their GBPro range really surprised me with how well it performs.

The cleaning products are excellent. In my experience, they actually work better than the traditional chemical ones I used before — and they’re much healthier for us and for the environment too.

What really stands out is the customer service. Being able to speak to a real person on the phone who takes the time to explain things in plain English is rare these days. They’re knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely human. Their phone number is easy to find on the website, and when you order, it’s usually sent the same day, well packed, and arrives quickly.

Good service deserves to be recognised, and the Green Bear UK team deliver on every level. No hesitation to recommend this company. First class!!

First of all, fantastic customer service from the team. I needed advice on the products to buy, was looking for hair care and deodorant. As well as these, from talking to the team I decided to try a hand towel and bath towel. Went for the towel set in duck egg blue. All products arrived promptly, have used the Hibiscus and Tumeric shampoo and conditioner, the roll on deodorant, and have used and now washed the Towels, all excellent.

I absolutely love Green Bear Cleaning products, particularly the Multi Surface Cleaner (with natural derived plant extracts) and I won't be using anything else in my kitchen now! Lovely helpful team too, who advised me. Will be buying again.

I recently purchased some Bamboo Socks on their website and they are so comfortable and pleasant to wear. I also looked at the bamboo bedding and after a phone call in which the benefits of the bamboo bedding was explained I decided to buy a set, which we love. The support and advice I received on the phone was great and really knowledgeable.

I ordered bed sheets and pillowcases in a Teal colour but the colours under lighting did not match but I let this go. I then ordered another set in a taupe colour and again the colours did not match. I rang and spoke to Mike who was seemed a very nice man who sent me pictures of new sheets etc and was willing to send me another set out but as the pictures showed they did not match either under indoor lighting. He was adamant they were all dyed the exact same colour but if you turned them round the direction of the weave changed the colour - which i agreed on in the sunlight but the fact that no matter what way round the weave under an indoor light they were not the same colour. After various phone conversations where Mike said the same thing, in a lot of detail, again and again trying to justify that they were all the same colour, which I disagree with, on the last call I listened for a while and he then no longer offered to send out another set of sheets and told me to send them back for a refund. He then went on again in full detail about the weave etc which I have heard at least 3 times before so I politely stopped him and said I would accept the sheets even though not happy he then put the phone down on me which was extremely unprofessional and rude
