To sum up my entirely negative experience:

Have you heard about the Humana cloth donation box scandal? It's exactly that bundled as a tech company with the default terrible customer service expected in Berlin.

Here are the key points:
• You must pay 10€ for a pickup; you cannot drop your stuff at their office.
• And yet again 10€ for delivering back up the unsellable goods. No pickup, although 1/2 year ago, there used to be an option.
• Total you're -20€ without any sale lol.
• The pricing model will only benefit them. Every item that's listed below 10€ only goes to their pockets.
• Unresponsive customer service

Do yourself and your SocialCircle a favor:
- if you have kids, nephews, a friend's kid, or the neighbor's kid, ask them to list and sell your unused items on eBay, and you give him/her some $ in return.

You'll make a young kid happy and leave unnecessary companies out of the picture like GreenCircle :)

I managed to find bargains in high quality! The price is great, the website is easy to navigate and the delivery was super fast. I will definitely buy more often!

Finally a green solution to second hand / sustainable purchases, but not only this, it also makes online buying from individuals more reliable and hustle free. The staff is extremely friendly and on time.

What an incredible idea and initiative. This is a wonderful concept to help reduce emissions usually created during the delivery process that many big companies unfortunately contribute to. Green Circle is a great new company that facilitates the ability to deliver goods with no unnecessary packaging, whilst still providing such incredible customer service, in a quick way and with such friendly people! Great idea and initiative!
A second hand marketplace and it's great that they arrange a pick up and a green delivery! You don't even use a bag to give away/sell your items. Good for the environment and yourself.
