I recently placed an order via eBay with The Green Parts Specialists and decided to give them a call just to confirm everything had been received correctly, as I’d seen a few comments online about incorrect items being sent.
I spoke with Nigel, who was extremely helpful and reassuring. He quickly located my order, confirmed all the details, and put my mind at ease straight away. I had also just missed the dispatch cut-off for that day, but he kindly said he would do his best to get it sent out regardless—and true to his word, it was dispatched that same day.
The level of customer service I received was excellent. Nigel went out of his way to help, and it made a real difference to my experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to use The Green Parts Specialists again and would happily recommend them to others.
