Great service

Staff were very helpful until it came to booking installation than it was a back and forth to if the installation could go ahead. Ask for a site inspection but kept being asked for more photos. This went on for three weeks. Finally installer turned up and after an hour or more moved everything around and then proceeded with installation. Installer was very professional and helpful.

Brad from Greens was first point of contact and through the whole experience was always available to answer any questions l had. l was advised of install date but twice they had to cancel due to supply problems. A little annoying but no real problem. Matt Lawless was our installer and was great. Turned up on the day he said he would and was very good at what he does and would highly recommend him. The EV charger was supposed to be installed on the same day with the batteries but for some reason was not available to be picked up by Matt from Greens on the morning of the install. We were told the supplier would deliver it to the house before Matt finished that day. Unfortunately by the time Matt finished it had not turned up. I was told that when the charger does turn up that it would be a charge of $500 for Matt to return to install it which l flatly refused to pay. After a phone call to Greens they agreed to waive the $500 charge. Matt had a opening because of wet weather so returned a few days later to install the charger.
All in all with a few hiccups the job was done to a very high standard and we are very happy with our setup. Brad from Greens followed up a couple of times to check that we were happy.
We would have no problems with recommending Greens to anyone as well as Matt from Nexus electrical.

This has been our third time working with Green energy. We have been treated with respect, patience and courtesy. All team members we have dealt with have had excellent oral communication skills. When they say they will send an email or call back - they do. The best part is that their call staff are Australian based and there are no language barriers which means no misunderstanding when chatting. The other important aspect is that the staff you talk to know what they are talking about. They can answer any questions - silly or not - about any questions you may have

I have just had a battery installed by Green Energy, all communications were clear and concise, I was kept up to date at all times by the team from Sydney, my installation was done in a very professional installer and I was given very detailed instructions on how to use the system. Could not be happier.

Hassle free, excellent consultancy with an excellent product & installation, the gains were immediate as soon as it was switched “on”
Time will tell but the results so far are what we expected and more.
Single Phase installation - 10kw solar panels / 8kw Inverter previously installed - then Green supplied and installed a 26.68kwh Batteries and a 5Kwp inverter.

From discussing what we required to final installation, the process was very smooth. Pricing was very competitive and installation went smooth, the panels being installed while we were having our house built. A delay for batteries was unfortunate but once in, our service has been excellent.
With our service, we didn't even realise that the district had a power outage one night, the battery maintaining constant power.

Customer service was excellent - any questions I had were answered promptly - and the installation team did a fantastic job.
