After my first enquiry through Origin I was directed to three installers. I rang Green who were very helpful, operated in my area (unlike a lot of others), and were price competitive with acceptable payment terms. I was given install date. The day prior I received a phone call from the install team advising they were running ahead of time and could they install mine. No problem, arrived just before lunch and were finished by 2.30pm. Extra time taken to install thermal barrier behind batteries. Next morning the supervisor turned up and switched on system after many checks and photos. He explained the operation of the system. We have no issues since, system (27kwh) is working perfectly. My purchases from the network since (23 days) have been 33kwh, about $15.00. This during hot times with much air con use etc. Great communication and a lot of follow up. I have referred three of my friends/family to this company, two of which have since signed up, the other will sign shortly. I am confident they will receive the same great service I received.

The process from initial discussion to install went relatively smooth. The team were upfront with the cost and evaluation method Greenco use. They even sent me how they calculate their savings numbers, to which I could compare to my own calculations. Our numbers were close so it provided confidence for me in what they were saying.
Though it took a while to get the battery installed, there were understandable l e reasons due to the large number of batteries purchased. The only area I feel could be improved was communication, there was a gap in communication in getting the confirmation of the install. More comms on progress updates would make this stage more transparent. Apart from that area everything else has been undertaken professionally.
Matt who installed the battery did a fantastic job. Looking forward to the benefits of the battery.

To date very disappointed. We have had our order in since the first week of August’25 now 5 months later and after several calls to enquire on a date, they cannot confirm a date. Their customer service reps are great and I believe they have tried but are too embarrassed to ring back because there is no positive update. We live in Tamworth and I believe we have been put on back burner because where we live. We have been told they have installers in Armidale which is an 1 -1/2 hours drive from Tamworth - so what is the delay - yes the batteries and we understand that. However, after reading the current reviews when apparently their customers have ordered in August and had their units stalled in December. I did speak to a rep late November - requesting a price on just the solar panels, he assured me he would also try to get a definite date, we haven’t heard back from him. I think there is something seriously wrong with their scheduling or maybe their very proficient in the Sydney area.

From my initial enquiry about installing solar panels and a battery, Green were thorough, honest and kept me informed through every step of my installation. The installer they used arrived on time and completed the job in a professional friendly and neat manner. After my installation Green contacted me to make sure I was happy with the installation and talked me through setting up and logging in to the app on my phone so I can track my solar and battery usage and the feed in from my solar panels to the grid. My experience with Green has been a very positive experience. I highly recommend them.

Staff communication was great. Had to follow up once or twice, but when the ball started rolling, was all good.
I now have my solar batteries installed (technicians assigned to do my install have been great) and all is working very well.
Have not used any power from the grid since install.

Green.com gave us a good deal on a battery and were pleasant to deal with. The installation was very neat and quick once started. However, it did take a number of phone calls to get the required bollards installed to prevent the batteries from being damaged.

great company for installing solar system ,real good team. Anny complaints about faults with system and the receptionest will notify any body that you have called , H is only intrested in new customers therefore there is no after sales service

Very happy with solar and battery install. Has been installed now for a few weeks. Haven't had any issues, all running smoothly.

I struggled to obtain all the documents from you to deliver to Retire Australia and this caused a delay in installation. General feedback from yourselves was not great.

From the beginning with James making everything so easy and going the extra mile to help with paperwork, the booking team, the great installation and the follow up. I would not hesitate in recommending Green.

We are thrilled with our new solar system from Green.com.au and can't recommend them highly enough to anyone thinking about going solar.

His expertise, patience, and genuine care shone through every step of the way, keeping us fully informed about the progress, explaining everything clearly, and handling any installation delays with reassuring updates that put our minds at ease. Working with Ryan felt like having a trusted advisor rather than just a salesperson.

I was unsure of trusting the company however came across after watching the recommendation of John Cadogan. From the start to the finish I was pleasantly surprised, everything they did was as promised, on time and first class. From the first interaction, installation, contractors and after sales service. I could not be happier.

The whole process of getting a quote to the installation was made very easy and I recommend GreenCom as a battery/solar supplier. After placing the order for the battery, the team at green.com kept me fully informed on when the installation would take place. Really appreciated that the inspection the was completed only a few days after the install, as the system cannot be turned on until this happens. I am also pleased with how the system is working due to the instruction provided. Thanks to Ryan, Ashalee, Domonic, Rick and Kevin.

When we contacted Green.com Ryan was great giving a quote & we followed through & ordered the battery.
Bit of a wait Aug to Nov. Two emails to confirm the install date of 25/11, had a call on the day, not going to happen, reschedule to 8/12 No show & I ring them.
To their credit new install date of 9/12. Josh did the install, great job, clean & tidy. Battery is working a treat & happy with the job.
Just a pity about the two no shows (same installer not Josh) the staff did go out of their way to get it done after a bad start.

They were quick and transparent about pricing and timing. Estimated a December install window, installed late November.
