Not a great experience
Delivery slot 1-4 but they turned up at 6:30. Just let the client know you are running miles behind schedule.
Cotswolds company state when you buy something that it would be put into the room of your choice, they were going to leave it at my front door even though they said it was extremely heavy - how did they think I’d get it in by myself? I asked for it to go into the kitchen and it was left fully wrapped, again hard to cut apart without a Stanley knife. Nice lads but need to improve on communication and customer service

Shocking service
I ordered a large piece of furniture from the Cotswold Company who assured me the furniture would be delivered to my room of choice, unpacked and assembled as required, and the packaging disposed of. The driver phoned 10 minutes before delivery, stating that this would not happen unless I paid them an additional fee. I refused to pay and the furniture was dumped, fully packaged, in the corridor outside my apartment, blocking access to the other apartment on the floor. Disgusting service

Excellent service all round
Purchased furniture via eBay with clearcycle and on top of an excellent product the service received was second to none. Was kept informed on the delivery date and time and easily contactable by phone when needed, which is always a sign of good service for me nowadays. The delivery chaps were very friendly and helpful.

Green2 are simply brilliant. I recently purchased an item from a third party who instructed Green2 to deliver the item to me. They kept me informed throughout with emails and provided me with 3 hour time slot. Near the expected time they telephoned me to provide an actual time of delivery. They were on time. The item was packaged really well.
