We bought a Eco Dog Toy "Olive the Octopus ". Only to find five minutes our ten month old border manged to open the velcro bit I was mortified to find a small PLASTIC bottle inside that made the cracked sound,if we had not removed the plastic bottle he would have eaten it .Not eco at all we will never recommend these products at all .very disappointed and to be honest it was not cheap.

I ordered Greenandwilds dog food/toys online and received a very quick delivery of the order. All was well received by my adult & puppy dogs, but the buffalo horns have been the greatest hit/toy of all she has - she plays for hours with the buffalo horn. So much so that I ordered 3 more!!

I’ve been a regular customer of Green & Wild’s for a while, but after looking more closely at the ingredients, I personally feel misled.

Some of the product names and descriptions create a much stronger impression than the actual formulation supports.

For example, ‘Mighty Mussel Munchies’ contain 1% green-lipped mussel, and the ‘Seaweed Snacks’ contain 1% seaweed meal and 1% spirulina, despite being marketed as rich in phytonutrients with various health benefits.

When I raised this, the response was that product names highlight ‘featured ingredients’ and that claims are based on the overall formulation. While this may meet regulatory requirements, it doesn’t fully address how these products are likely to be interpreted by customers.

They also stated in an email that they are reviewing their packaging and marketing, which suggests awareness of the issue. A follow-up email to the company went unanswered.

Very disappointing overall. I will not be purchasing from Green & Wild’s in future, as I prefer to give my business to companies that are more transparent about their products.

Purchased 9 of these toys for Christmas spending £80, will not be buying again, the stitching comes apart very easy and the stuffing is a choking hazard when they pull it out, they can’t be left unsupervised as it resembles very course coconut fibre which gets stuck in the mouth. Would not recommend

I bought an Eco dog toy from Green and Wilds for my basset hound who rips through every toy of every shape and size. He's destroyed every toy I've ever bought him in a matter of seconds ( and I've bought him a lot.) Months later Darwin's sat happily chewing on his toy (as he does everyday) and it's still going strong! I don't know what sorcery is in this fabric is but it is fantastic! I will certainly be buying more!

I was recently gifted the wonderful beef jerkies for my Labrador; but as I live a long way from a stockist, I re-sourced these directly online. I decided to buy another couple of products too; and, unfortunately, there proved to be an issue with one. I therefore contacted the company (by email), they responded after a couple of hours, and after another hour a resolution was reached. The personal service was exemplary, and they even handwrote a note accompanying the replacements. I am very impressed with Greenandwild's, and look forward to using their natural products many years into the future. Keep up the good work! Thank you to everyone concerned.

Delivery was prompt. Im happy with the quality of products and they seem to suit my dog! I love the branding and the fact that dog ownership can be done ecologically! My dog is happy, Im happy and so is my wallet (you get what you pay for!)
Im happy i found a company that aligns with my views! my dog is small & chews for England. the small jute crinkle toy has lasted us a while! Im excited to get him more toys and treats from here! Will be ordering again or purchasing them from a shop when i see them! Fantastic!

I bought six eco dog toys for our latest & very destructive greyhound to stop her foraging for chewable items all around the house. The toys arrived incredibly quickly and Beaker tested most of them immediately. They are well made, and I love the fact that they are eco-friendly and made from recycled and/or sustainable materials. They are also reasonably priced, especially when compared with high-street pet shops products.

Green and Wilds donated some of their dog treats to our fundraising auction at UK German Shepherd Rescue to help us raise much needed funds. Great choices for dental care, Gluten free and joint care packed with natural ingredients.

A lot of items not available (sold out) like beef jerky chews - which we wanted to buy. Our dog didn't like the Ox jerky chews we tried instead - so we gave them away. On the plus side - it all arrived in good time and the venision flatties went down well. Overall an expensive experience that we probably won't repeat

I never had my order on time. Now I haven’t received it at all. I have been provided fake tracking number!! Worst customer service ever!

I bought a Ronnie Rhino dog toy for my 9month old cocapoo. Within 5minutes it was destroyed.
This product is dangerous and not fit for purpose.

Excellent service and they treat you as an individual. The treats and toys are great and better than you can buy in your average pet store. Sadly I have staffies so toys don't last too long but they love them all the same and this isn't the fault of the company.

Carlos the crab toy bought as a present for my 4 month old cavapoo puppy.

She had only had it for five minutes and had managed to pull off one of it’s legs and there were bits of thread everywhere. Could have been dangerous if she had been left alone with it. At £7.95 a complete waste of money.
