Time wasters! Ignore their sales calls. Days & weeks of calls saying they can offer 15p per litre under pump price despite me telling them they couldn’t, trying to get £6 per card out of me in the process. Finally agree to not charge for the cards when I wouldn’t budge, receive the cards only for their price to be 3p under pump price. Do not let this company charge you for fuel cards based on prices they can’t deliver on.

Great company to deal with. Handy if you have staff as the receipts are emailed weekly so no more chasing the team for fuel receipts.

Been with Greenarc approximately 3years plus, started of as craggs, Notice that lately we was paying more with fuel card than if we just paid in the petrol station, when I contacted them, I was told that it’s my fault for not checking the price which that send out every!!! Which is irrelevant as I was told that’s the price and that’s it, on the last 5 invoices I’ve checked we have paid over £60 more than what we would of paid in the petrol station, and will be a lot more if I checked all invoices but would be a waste of my time, I know fuel prices go up and down but they have kept their price at the same higher price for months, their excuse is that they are a small company, we also are a small company and not willing to pay more

When I encountered financial difficulties, I reached out to them for assistance with my balance (just one week's worth of fuel, about £90). I had already stopped using the card as I no longer needed it.
To my frustration, I had unknowingly paid two missed direct debit fees of £90 each, thinking they were for fuel, only to later find out I still had an outstanding fuel invoice. Despite explaining my situation, the representative handling my account showed zero empathy or understanding. Instead, they continued adding £90 missed payment charges every week for an entire month.
What started as a £90 balance has now spiraled to £1,700, with my debt being sold to a collector. Greenarc's customer service is appalling, and they clearly prey on their customers. Be warned and always read the small print. I never had these issues with Shell Fuel Cards. Stay far away from Greenarc.
