I contacted Greenbank Lawyers and asked them to represent me regarding my claim against the MoD for Noise Induced Hearing Loss (NIHL).
Although the process took nearly 2 years to complete, which was in no way the fault of Greenbank Lawyers, I was continually kept up to date with progress. Even if there wasn't any.
John Harper in particular was responsible for keeping me informed, providing advice and clearly explaining the options open to me throughout this process and I am grateful for his guidance. I have, and will continue to recommend John and the company he represents to all my ex-service colleagues who suffer from NIHL.

I made contact with Green bank lawyers over a year ago and Maariya was assigned to my claim, at every step I was kept informed and given advice throughout with emails and phone calls. Maariya was open and honest from the start and didn’t try to hide anything.

Company made a successful claim for hearing loss but were constrained by the abysmal rules applied by te ministry of defence! Many thanks for their help and generosity in reducing their fees as the award was so small.

Although my particular claim did not make what i had hoped ( more my fault than their's) theywere good enough to wave their fee due to the derisery settlement offered. For which i am truly grateful.

I was a little dubious at the start of choosing a company from Facebook, but after some deliberation I decided to go ahead. I am so pleased I did. Whilst it took nearly 18 months with the Lawyers keeping me up to date and asking various questions I ended up with the MOD concluding that I had suffered hearing loss and I received compensation.
