I had a really positive experience with Greenco. From start to finish, they demonstrated genuine hard work, professionalism, and excellent communication. In particular, I’d like to thank Louis, Hannah, Joel and the rest of the team for their dedication and support throughout the process.

They are a strong, well-coordinated team—very efficient, responsive, and proactive. What stood out most was their commitment to providing a comprehensive one-stop service, handling every step smoothly and keeping everything moving in the right direction.

Although I encountered some obstacles during the completion, they worked tirelessly to resolve the issues with both solicitors and also managed the situation with the existing tenant. Their patience, problem-solving skills, and determination made a real difference when things felt challenging.

I truly appreciate all their effort and would highly recommend this agency to anyone looking for a reliable team that goes the extra mile.

I have dealt with Hannah from offer to completion . I have bought many properties over the years and often found that once the offer was excepted the agent lost interest in you. Hannah was brilliant and made this purchase much easier to deal with . Every problem that came up she dealt with. She answered all the questions and sorted every problem that came up throughout the procedure . She went on and beyond which I remain extremely grateful . She dealt with the whole process with professionalism whilst still having a caring helpful personal approach. Ten out of ten for Hannah .

Greenco Liverpool have been our letting agent while renting our terraced house in the outskirts of Liverpool for 4 years.
The maintenance team were extremely responsive and swift with any issues.
The contracts team/letting managers were always fair and easy to communicate with.
I have been renting for 10 years now in the UK with various companies and I would say I would choose Greenco Liverpool anytime!

Honestly Lois helped so much with all of my questions during my process, this is my first time moving and renting out a property and he made the move really easy for myself.

Building wide water issues - both hot and cold being off a couple times for upto a week.
Building wide fire alarm issues - if one apartment goes off, it will trigger the whole building to go off, which will happen at all hours.
Package thefts from both break-ins and other residents.
Homeless issue - irregularly inside, but constantly on the outside.
Mixed ventilation issues - non-existent or failing when needed in rooms that don't include windows.
Vague evasive communications that don't reassure, but in fact lead to conflict/stress/worry.
Not worth the cost for what is provided, nor for the hassle.

Oliver has always been very responsive and efficient, my whole letting experience has been so smooth and worry-free thanks to his assistance.

Thanks for Greenco team members as Louis,Hannah,MC,Dixon,Emil..... all professional and experienced with good understanding of buyers and sellers requests with fair and constructive solutions. Expect more good deals making with them.
