I never write reviews but in this instance have been compelled due to the sheer incompetence of this company. If you ever get one of there flyers do not call them and throw it in the bin. My mother qualified for a Govt grant and all the paper work was signed in January 23 and as we speak only 50% of the work has been complete a year later. They have disregarded all Trust Mark chartered behaviours, the workmen are rude and the management even worse. They have treated a vulnerable person who’s house they are working on in dismay and broke the back door, which they are refusing to fix and they have used the garden as a storage facility and now a dumping ground.
