They give excellent service, the guys who working there are very friendly. All the guys they respect everyone when you arrive in.

This is the 3rd Dumpster from Gaeta. They are always professional and courteous. The are my go to service

From what I remembered, Gaeta has some good folks working there. We needed a dumpster during moving and Gaeta was right on the money. They even went above and beyond ensuring us with assistance clearing and dumping our bulky and unwanted furniture that were a safety hazard if kept inside the dumpster. I appreciated al of their help on such short notice. I definitely recommend them to family and friends!!! Thank you , Gaeta!!

Satisfied customer for last 25yrs, never a problem dropping off or having the containers delivered . I can say that on more then one occasion I have stated concerns regarding the space needed to drop off and pick up containers and they have always sent the driver that can maneuver the tight streets and driveways .

Working with Gaeta has been a most unpleasant experience. We have scheduled garbage pick ups with them which they never meet. When we call their customer service, we get the run around and lied to being told they are on their way and never show up. Arrogant knowing they don't have much competition on Staten Island treating customer like garbage.

A company that does not create any problems for itself or for customers, but just works well! Highly recommend!

You guys are professional, always come per scheduled p/ ups and when I call if my pick up days land on holidays. The container is always where it should be with no debris on the surrounding areas . What more could I ask for make my life easier. It’s hard enough to own and operate a business in New York , trust me I know I’m in 38 years …. Lol keep up the good work , and thank you !

Container was supposed to be onsite at 9am showed up at 2pm had giant holes in the bottom so debris was falling out as it was loaded. Had to unload it and line it with plywood so it would hold the debris. Also one roller was broken so it scratched the whole drive way as it was pulled out. Not the drives fault. He did the best he could with the terrible equipment they provided him with.

I've been dealing with Gaeta for many years. They have always been prompt, efficient, competitively priced and very easy to work with. In the last few years since becoming Gaeta Green Environmental Services they have stepped up an already smoothly running machine.
