My second experience working with…
My second experience working with Greener Energy first was installation of Duracell battery storage pack and this time a replacement of badly installed ASHP with LPG Boiler.
Richard visited us twice to ensure we had the best solution as a replacement ASHP could not be used.
Would strongly recommend Greener Energy for their professionalism in ensuring the right product was used. Other installers have just wanted a quick sale without doing a stringent survey before trying to make a sale.

Great service
Peter was great coming out to the house, and explaining a really complex decision into easy-to-digest information. He kept in touch and made us feel valued.

Greener Energy Group put things right for me
Greener Energy Group installed an air source heat pump for me in 2021 and recently replaced defective solar equipment (inverter & batteries) that had been improperly installed by a now bankrupt installer 5 years ago; I was let down badly by these cowboys. The installation guys communicated well, worked efficiently and were good ambassadors for Greener Energy. Laura followed up my installation with a feedback call this morning which was appreciated.

Super Company
Greener Energy Group installed an Air Source Heat Pump in our home in April 2025. The difference it has made to our house is amazing. It’s lovely and warm; not too hot, not too cold, just nice and warm!!
The installation went smoothly. A minor mishap rectified efficiently and effectively. The guys were professional, tidy and really knew what they were doing. Even my cats were unperturbed and slept through everything. The office staff too were great,
nothing was too much trouble. Their explanations clear and understandable.
Many thanks specifically to Craig, Matt, Sean, Ali and Dave. Also Melissa,Rachel, Debbie and Laura.

So far so good. Team was very responsive to the request for quote for a battery and new inverter via British Gas. Visit happened quickly by Peter and the install date has been moved up. Thanks Laura for the follow up by phone. Looking forward to it being installed and saving me money from next week

Effortless experience in purchasing a battery. Staff professional, knowledgeable and installation efficient. Only down side was the installation of a new meter board, which we now have to box and hid as it is the first thing you see when coming in the front door.

Friendly, helpful 5* service
Martin arrived on time and was friendly throughout the duration of the service. He was professional and took care when accessing my attic with his ladders ensuring no damage was done to the decor. He explained what and why of the maintenance and explained how the system operated including the control panels and remote unit. A job well done and a reassurance that the company are available if there are any issues before the next annual service. 5 star service from Martin.

From start to finish, the service we received was exceptional. Craig from West Lothian, our assessor, demonstrated not only professionalism and attention to detail but also a deep sense of care and patience.
He took the time to answer every question thoroughly and respectfully, ensuring that we felt fully informed and at ease throughout the entire process.
Craig’s ability to connect with elderly individuals and those with additional needs was especially reassuring - he was kind, empathetic, and never made us feel rushed. Most importantly, he came across as someone who is knowledgeable, articulate and that we could genuinely trust, which made all the difference.
He followed up promptly after the visit, and we were further supported by a call from Laura, who was equally helpful, friendly, and informative. The continuity and quality of care from both of them left us feeling completely supported.

Solar panels and smart battery
Laura was helpful and polite on the phone. Daniel was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained how the solar panels work with the smart batteries which would enable us to get the most savings out of the system. Price was reasonable as well. After discussing with my partner we decided not to go ahead. We want to keep our options open for moving house and we can't take the system with us.

From start to finish everything was handled in very professional way
The staff in the office were very professional and helpful that’s what impressed me first
The people who visited us at home were equally so
At the installation the heating engineers and electricians and joiners managed to fit all the radiators and plpework over two floors to an older house with us living there with minimal disruption
Having lived with the heating system for nine months I can say I love it
