They are in administration calling them selves eco something I had problems with my heat pump, called my house insurance up and they sent a plumber out and he repaired it.
Be very careful and please do your research. Eco services is the new company for Greener Living. Same people, likely same service, likely same issues. Happy to leave people from previous company behind taking their money and left with issues. A quick google search will match the address to greener livings old premises so be careful.
They've gone into administration and I have no idea what to do when I now have unresolved issues with the installation and I've got error codes. 21 grand gone down the drain

I had the air source heat pump fitted in 2019 and gad nothing but problems , electric through the roof, now I've gsd no service for 18months now and paying for it , no communication, no checks done, lies about how much we would be saving ,we haven't saved anything ,useless company if I could id go back to gas any day
I have been calling with no success for over 5 months after raising a concern about my installed solar panel. This is a terrible customer service and now rumor is saying they have gone into administration. I need to file complain to a regulatory body.
The worst company I have ever dealt with as they have been trying to rectify my heat pump they installed 2 years ago I then brought in a fresh company who found the 2 year fault in 10 minutes of being on site.

Id heard from an x-engineer of theirs that they went into admin early Feb24. Ive had constant issues theyve ignored for the last 6 months so I guess thats not going to get sorted at all now. Terrible company, install rubbish product and then disappear.
We had a maintenance contract with them, but I recently cancelled it, because I wasn't able to contact anyone to speak in the company. I called them numerous times over a 2 week period but without success. Luckily I was only calling to arrange our annual service visit and not reporting a fault.
I read the company has shut down from this review site, though i guessed as much from their not answering any call for a week. Installers were good except the electrician made at least 3 errors . There are still two parts of the installation incomplete. But aftersales support was essentially non existent.
If I could give a score of zero I would. We’ve been trying to get them to service the system they put in for over 2 months and they won’t respond. Some people might give them 5/5 but do you really want to risk it?
Greener living is no longer trading and they haven't had the guts to inform their customers.eco services have taken over their servicing contract and will come out to look at your unit or you are on the platinum contract .l am on the platinum scheme and have to pay 100pounds for them to come out . mitsubishi wanted 300 pounds to come out eco services number is03333356155 .I contacted them today and they are coming tomorrow .I hope this he some of you .

I have not taken out a monthly contract, they have already taken over anyone who has one with GL.
However they are happy to do my annual service for me. So some good news.
i'm told this company is now closed since recently appearing on RipOff Britain, which is no surprise as they were very poor and were out to make a quick book and have subs robbed everyone in my opinion.
we were also told a ASHP would save us money, but
we are now paying considerably more! and after almost 3 years it's beginning to breakdown regularly with error codes U1 and L1.
subs, we recently had a full assessment by a Mitsubishi engineer who has provided a full report outlining several major issues.
our system has no Glycol inside and consequently our pipes are full of crap and it needs a full pressure wash and 50l of Glycol, estimate £1,000 for this work alone.
we feel we have been deceived by Greener Living and the question is, what do we do now after spending £14k and now experiencing issue after issue?
any suggestions would be welcomed

Do not use, eight weeks no heating or hot water, stolen £7500 grant. Stolen personal property during installation. HIES don't want to know as contract was never registered and they have lost accreditation. Now we have a part completed heat pump installation that nobody will certify. If anyone has a similar situation speak to your MP. David Davis is speaking to the chief executive of MCS on my behalf in an effort to resolve fraudulent actions of greener living ltd.
I have tried to contact Greener Living for a few weeks both by phone & email. No response so this morning I drove up to their offices, it was obvious no one had been recently as there was a lot of mail on the floor. The doors were locked. I went to the company next door and they said there hadn’t been cars in the car park for a couple of weeks and they had heard that Greener living had ceased trading.
If you have a service contract with them don’t worry as Eco-services have taken over the contract.
In 2020, Greener Living installed my heat pump. They stated that an annual service was required to claim the RHI, so I opted for a service cover plan costing £19.99 per month, totaling £860 to date. However, I've only received one annual service so far.
In November 2023, I contacted Greener Living, and they assured me the annual service would be booked within the next four weeks. Despite several attempts, I didn't receive any further communication from them. They only responded with auto-replies or requests to leave voice messages, but they never followed up.
Although Company House indicates that Greener Living is still active, I suspect they may have gone bust. As a precaution, I canceled my direct debit today. If you're dealing with Greener Living, I advise you to be vigilant.
