Outstanding customer service

Outstanding customer service . Had to return boots for smaller size , phoned first and staff on shop floor as well as Emma in the office were so helpful and polite. I returned the original size - the second parcel was delivered here to Offaly just 24 hours later with my gorgeous brown suede ankle boots . Thrilled with the product , delivery and service . Great job Greene s 🙌

EXPENSIVE RETURNS

Hi, decent enough Company but I wouldn’t buy if there is a chance you may want to return them. I had to pay £37.10 custom charge and £11.00 postage to return them. A total of £48.10 😳. Shall not be ordering from them again!
