ALLO'. I try to used 4 different saffron, for test the skill to 5 different professional chef. PAELLA, ITALIAN RISOTTO-MILANESE, LOBSTER CREAM-SOUP, ARANCINI SICILIANI-LIKE MEATBALL, BUT ONLY RICE VIALONE NANO AND MIX VEG. so, 3 chef say 100% Tasty and flavour.1 chef say arancini, the long time to slow cook just vanished the flavour. 1 last chef, i dont know why, not very impressed to all recipe. Really dont explain exactly the less flavour impressed. MY opinion the 0,6gr saffron greenfields, the guest is very happy about flavour. The lobster cream-soup. Is very Succulent.
