> Be extremely careful with this company! They also operate under the name "comfort climate." They are running a deliberate bait-and-switch scam.
> I hired them to replace my heating system, and they demanded a € 950 upfront deposit. After the installation, they handed me a final invoice under the name "Comfort Climate" for a total of € 3.600The invoice explicitly charged me € 2.300for a premium "Intergas HR Hybride" heat pump system. However, they actually installed a standard "Intergas Kombi Kompakt HRE" gas boiler, which has a market value of only around € 900.
> On top of that, they charged me € 550 for an "installation package," even though I already owned and provided the main parts (like the expansion vessel) myself. They are deliberately falsifying invoices to overcharge customers by thousands of euros.

Uncontactable once they have your money

The repair was carried out but all efforts to get some kind of invoice / receipt / proof of work carried out (important for the guarantee they promised) have heen ignored. I've called them (and they answered and said they would send it), Whatsapps, emails - all completely ignored. Have been trying since the work was carried out 5 months ago
