Update: Received a message asking to remove review and claiming a refund was issued. Refund was never issued.

Arthritis and sleep
I bought this on the recommendation of my son to see it it would help ease arthritic pain in my hands and also help me sleep better. So far, I think it does help with arthritis but no noticeable improvement in sleep
