First time growing tomatoes
2022 - I decided to grow tomatoes for the first time and after doing some research decided to invest in Quadgrow, I’m very pleased. Excellent quality, good instructions and information, and neat as a pin in my new mini greenhouse. Tomatoes are doing very well! Spare parts are readily available - good to know and most importantly system is sustainable a not a ‘throwaway’ flimsy product. Customers Service team are efficient & very helpful. I have happily recommended the British Made Quadgrow to family & friends.

Product has still not arrived. Greenhouse Sensation claim deliverer has lost the parcel. Asked for refund, instead told another product would be sent which has still not arrived. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Delivery woes
Frustrating waiting for deliveries, ordered quadgrow on 24th may had to wait nearly 2 weeks.
Same with bungs for this item, ordered 25th may hopefully they are due tomorrow 9th June by DPD got a message from them this morning, nothing from greenhouse sensation, been used to getting next day delivery from Amazon, not very happy at the moment.

I have checked on this for you and can see our customer care team have already been in touch with you regarding this and your order has been sent out as a priority.
As a small UK manufacturer it is not feasible for us to offer the same ultra-fast service as a company such as Amazon. We do however always aim to get orders out as quickly as possible.

Disappointing delay
order 100124963 x2 chilligrows it’s now 6th of june and still hasn’t arrived .When i ordered this on 14/05/2022 it was in stock. I also received a email from dpd on 20/05/2022 that my delivery was due 23/05/2022 this didn’t happen .I the received a email23/05/2022 that my order was delayed and i could expect to receive my order that week.I then received a further email 25/05/2022 stating that the chilligrows were out of stock.No communication since so asked and received my money back which at least was very prompt.Overall doubt i would use this company again.

Just got my second double Quadgrow!
I bought my first double "Quadgrow with Holiday Watering Kit" in 2013 (!) and never regretted spending money on it over the past nine years. It still works well and it makes my life so much easier. Lots of people I know gave up on growing tomatoes because they could be tricky and time-consuming to grow; but Quadgrow makes it so much easier - tomatoes don't split (ever) because they get enough water when(!) they need it, and I can easily leave plants for two weeks without begging friends to water them.
I have just got my second double Quadgrow for my birthday and I have very high hopes for it. The design of the new product is more convenient with shorter SmartReservoir, and the quality of the plastic seems just as sturdy as the original one. Fingers crossed it will last just as long!
I was quite impressed with the customer service as well (despite the fact that the dispatch of my order was delayed). They did their best to send it to me as quickly as they can, and when one of the pots arrived damaged, they replaced it pretty much in the next day or two.
I wish they sell some organic tomato feed that easily compatible with the system though...

Nice product but slow delivery
Nice product but slow delivery, poor information and lack of response from customer service.
I liked the idea of the Quadgrow system, and it looks well made. However, I bought 2 sets (=8 pots) because I wanted 6 pots and the website doesn't explain you HAVE to use them in 4's.
The instruction leaflet that arrived with my sets was for a different system.
My email to their customer service complaining about this has not had a reply

Sorry to hear you have had a negative experience. Our customer service team always endeavour to get back to customers as quickly as possible.
Our Quadgrow system can in fact be split and used as two separate systems, so can be used not only as fours. If you would like to do this then you just need to purchase our 'Quadgrow Stoppers', at a very small cost. These are bungs that fit into the drilled hole between the planters so they can work as independent units.

The quadgrow is a novice gardener's dream. It is easy to use and for a busy person it is a bonus as you do not have to water the plants so often. It is a shame that the bungs do not come with it.
