Good prices, fast efficient service, I would buy from them again!

You’ve found a nice bulb you’d like to try, you see the great description, good interface - with some minor buttons moving, but that happens. So the website is great, until you want to buy something from it. Then come all the types of different errors - sometimes even without proper reason.
You want to register a new account - you can’t due to non described error. When you finally pass this step and try to log in - authentication error. Ok, you think that the vpn will help - congratulations - you’ve being banned. Ok, you turn off the vpn, somehow manage to sign up and sign in - you can’t add the delivery address (without errors - website just clears all the fields that you filled in and doesn’t say or save anything. And I gave up on this step and see no point in using such a piece of.. software. It feels like the owner needs to remake the whole website from scratch with all new team of programmers, because now it feels awful. So the best use for this website is to find bulbs you need and then buy’em somewhere else.

I bought a lamp through leroy Merlin Portugal's market place. for outside use, ip65. when the lamp arrived there is no certifications, no information on it. not even where it's manufactured or CE. nothing. nothing about ip65 certification. only 2 electric cords instead of 3! I will not be putting this on my wall. false marketing and cheap useless products from China, probably dangerous

Order placed on November 11th 2023, should have received on the 10th of January, still nothing. Emailed a few times to no response. It's now the 13th of Feb and after being on hold for 10 minutes they said April. They pretended to not speak good English when asking for a refund.

Excellent product, cost effective and was delivered three days early. I'll definitely be using Greenice again. Alan Phelan Ireland.

I received a malfunctioning heater and dirty, partially destroyed lamp. I sent a complaint letter but no response. Second and last buy here. No more buying in GreenIce.

after the return - again - the shop sent me another malfunctioning heater where thermostat doesn't work at all...

The LED PANEL was broken and NOT usefull when I recieved it 🤬🤬🤬 Funny, but the paper box was ok, so the panel must have been broken before they send it…

They send the order with Correos Express, which cannot find the right address. This applies to all shipments with Correos, as we have experienced it several times. When we send emails about the case to Greenice, they don't bother to answer the inquiry! Have also filled in a complaint form, stating that the item had not been delivered 120 hours after the 24-hour guaranteed delivery. Very frustrating, so think twice before buying from Greenice!

Great product delivery to Portugal was about 5 days.

Would have scored 5 stars, service is excellent!

However I would have expected the products which I have found necessary to replace were less than two years old.

I have already had to replace drivers now the LED's fail
