They gave me full refund on damaged goods I'm thankful for the proffesional experience I got from your side the carrier transportation just packaging have to be more adapted to whos going to deliver always worst case scenario when coming to profit loss.. Thanks maybe buying another time :)

The baddest communication I've experienced so far! We ordered, they said suddenly the product was not available and gave us a new delivery date, which was 4 weeks instead of a few days. We accepted under the condition that this is the latest date to send it because we needed the product very badly and actually within the short amount of time greenice wrote on their homepage at first. Then they did not contact us telling us the delivery they were expecting was late, we found out by accident looking at their website and complained. No one of the company had the guts to tell us! And suddenly the delivery "arrived today" and was send out but it needed 7-8 working days... Not the 24 hours as it was written on their homepage... We have an enormous damage now and will never again order with this company!

hi , i am very happy with the company but today i have tried to deposit money and it tells me that it isn,t enabled and it does not let me buy , please solve this problem, thanks.

Still waiting for delivery... have emailed 3 times requesting an update and have heard nothing.

I ordered items as garden lights. One doesn't work, one sometimes works and NONE of them work as described.

I have emailed the company 5 times using the email addresses on the website... NOT ONE REPLY! (But everyday propaganda emails...rubbish!)

Their claim to have contacted me is only a claim...I have received NO contact. They have delayed and delayed making a proper response, and now, I am in England until September ...then what will I do?

Really disappointed with the service, I was told my parcel would be delivered by 1st June and I have still not received it 6 days later. When I called they just told me it should be delivered this week. Unreliable.

I purchased three led tracks, which stated would be delivered within 24-48 hours, i am now 15 days on and the item tracking states that the item is still in Spain, who knows if or when it will ever arrive. This company is not a UK Company and your order is likely to take two to three weeks to be delivered from Spain. Avoid at all cost.
