The two plants were hand-delivered and looked healthy upon arrival.
However, after a few days, I noticed that leaves had started falling off both plants.
Upon closer inspection, it became clear that the plants had simply been placed into their pots with completely dry roots and then covered with loose topsoil. The soil had buried the lowest leaves, which explains why they began to drop.

Great friendly service; prices are a bit high but quality is good. 4 stars because I am Still waiting to see if fertilizer and leaf spray make a difference but I love my Japanese plant which arrived healthy and well packed😊

Big, beautiful plants with a VERY convenient delivery to your door

Easy delivery on time. However plants were not solid planted in pots and heavily lacking water.

I ordered this from Oregon, (USA) online easily, for my daughter-in-laws birthday. It was delivered to their home in Copenhagen (Denmark) without any problems.

The plants were in excellent health and larger than anticipated. The glass waterers are beautiful addition. Thank you.

Service minded. Speedy delivery

Jeg er fan! Vi har lige bestilt et par altankasser, plus nogle div. stueplanter fra Greenify med levering. De leverer planterne selv som allerede var +1 point fra mig. Jeg var lidt udfordret med en af planterne i den ene altankasse så jeg rakte ud til dem. Fik et sødt svar og tilbud om ny plante med levering allerede næste dag. Og rigtigt nok kom de næste dag, og jeg fik endda et par gode råd fra hende, der leveret. Vi er super tilfreds især med deres kundeservice der har overgået forventning. Det kan være, at man betaler lidt en premium pris, men det gør jeg gerne da jeg føler at de står inde for deres produkter og at det er vigtigt for dem at have glade kunder. Bestiller helt klart igen fra Greenify.

I'm a fan! We just ordered a few "altankasser", along with a few indoor plants from Greenify. They deliver everything themselves which is already a +1 in my book. I was a bit challenged with one of the plants in one of the altankasser so I reached out to them and got a super sweet answer and an offer of a replacement plant with delivery, already the next day. And sure enough, they came the next day with a whole new one + some good advice from the staff. You might pay a bit of a premium, but I'm gladly paying a bit more because you can tell that they care about delivering a good product and having happy customers. I'm super satisfied with their level of customer care and will be ordering from them again.
