Good but postage too expensive
Ordering was straightforward. Communication re delivery slots was very good. Postage a bit too Expensive @ €12.50 for an iPad cover. Excessive packaging - a lot of plastic wrapping the item.
Part 2: A reply from Green IT said that postage is free over €100 and that unfortunately my order was just under €100. Yes, €40 is indeed just slightly under €100!

A real treat
The laptop was very securely packaged for delivery and even included small packets of sweets which were a real treat! It has Windows 10 license sticker on the bottom and runs perfectly, honestly couldn't ask for more. So great to have the peace of mind having a warranty just in case but don't expect we will need it.

Super fast delivery
Super fast delivery, placed the order through ebay on Sunday, expected delivery on Wednesday but I received the package already on Tuesday afternoon. Refurbished Dell monitor but it has very good quality!
