They didn't file the claim in time.
This company made 2 R&D claims for us. The first was successful but the second missed the deadline for filing with HMRC and as such was not allowed. So we have missed out on thousands of pounds of corporation tax rebate. I can't get in touch with Green Jellyfish - they don't answer the phone or emails. There is no right to appeal so in short they have cost our company a lot of money.

My experience with Green Jellyfish
My experience with Green Jellyfish and in particular Mark Brightman, who advised me about my businesses claim was excellent. He was 100% true to his word and very pleasant and informative to work with. As a result of trusting Green Jellyfish they helped us to claim back over 2 years, and we received the funds as advised and on time. This came at a time when the “cost of living crisis” had badly affected our business so was a great provision. I am always making individual pieces of work and innovate making bespoke tooling and assembly jigs in order to make the pieces more efficiently. As a craftsman I am always learning and improving as a result. I can highly recommend this company. Many thanks to them all!
