I have had a very good experience…
I have had a very good experience working with Frank Anderson. Frank has been easy to work with and helps me to move in the direction I am looking for. Prior to meeting Frank I had the the worst nightmare a person could imagine trying to get my web site put together. Frank helped me get over that and to realize there are honest and reliable web site developers out there. I recommend Frank Anderson and Green Lake Designers to anyone who is looking for any web site development---Jim Mc Aninch
First and foremost I would personally…
First and foremost I would personally like to thank Eric Kasper for all his hard work for me to make this review possible. Your the man Eric! Thank you.
A few months ago I came up with a idea about giving Facebook a run for their money, due to the fact that I was no longer happy using their social media platform.
So I began researching to find a company that could basically recreate Facebook with a lot of other extras that would not only meet my expectations of a social media platform but as well as everyone’s.
I contacted a few people, however they was not willing to design and create my idea. I finally found GREENLAKE DESIGNERS and told them my idea.
I spoke with Eric and he agreed it was a great idea. Due to all the community standards Facebook has.
He gave me a quote that was out of my budget. But instead of just letting me go like the others, he worked with me more than anyone would. He and his team has been extremely professional and have exceeded ever expectation I had in mind. He told me it would take a few months but he assured me it would be amazing. We have been working on this project for a few months now, and Eric and his team are STILL maintaining a excellent professional business deal. They have created everything from the logo to the logged in page in a very fast manner.
I would have to say this is the most organized intelligent company I have ever dealt with. As they continue to show why they are the best.
The process is very, VERY easy to work with and around. As well as Eric and his team.
I will admit I was a bit intimidated by the work that had to be done. But Eric and his team have made this a wonderful experience. I really appreciate all their hard work and effort and I know anyone else who does business with them will as well.
They took on something bigger than they had before without hesitation, when other companies would not.
GREENLAKE DESIGNERS, THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!
If I could leave a 10 star review I would leave 2.
Keep up the great work!

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, lack of communication. I've been trying to get a basic website for three years and it's been a nightmare. The designers I've spoken with don't understand English well, which wouldn't be a problem if they acknowledged it so we could catch all their grammar and spelling mistakes, (even copying the text sent them). Maybe one of you that have had a good experience could share a contact because it's impossible to speak with a manager or supervisor. $800 bucks down the drain....
These guys keep calling you incessantly…
These guys keep calling you incessantly trying to sell you their services. I finally had to block one of their people as they would not take no for an answer. I believe that they also scammed me out of $250.00 to copyright my logo for life and now not even a month later they are calling me again saying that the copyright on my logo (which they did not create) is expiring and that Google will blacklist me. I have not had a good experience with them and warn you not to do business with these guys.
Poor customer service, money back guarantee not honored
I am currently a customer of Green Lake Designers and I am extremely disappointed with the poor customer service and quality. The communication between our designer has been incredibly slow and the progress of our website development has also been slow.
The money back guarantee was not honored when we requested a refund. New fees are presented constantly that were never discussed upfront. As a new business the slow development of our website is now affecting our ability to make revenue. This has been the worst decision we’ve ever made as a business.
Great company

Horrible experience. I spent my money and time to try to get my website, but there were no improvements. I requested my money back, but there was no reply: all the team disappeared!

My experience working with the team was awesome, would I refer a friend? yes, I am very pleased.
Thank You for All that You do!!!
Im really Grateful for having the opportunity to work with an awesome team. Thank you Frank A. And the Green Lake's team for your professional attitude, expedition and tenaciousness in helping me to bring my company to life.
Awesome and professional team
I cannot thank Green Lake Designers enough. They communicate, they are on time with deliveries and most importantly focussed. I have bene working with Alan Thompson on three projects and he is truly talented and engaged. He reminds me, he checks on me and he also ensures I get a run down of where we left off. He is meticulous and ensures I get the product that I want.
I am busy doing many other things and at times I need the professionalism and guidance that Alan delivers. Thank you Green Lake Designers. I have more projects in mind. I will also recommend you to some of my friends.
Do not use these guys
Do not use these guys! I bought a custom logo from logo jeeves two years ago. The entire process was a nightmare.
Now this this group contacted me to say I don't own the logo and they own my copywrite and for the low, low cost of something like $200 a year I can continue to use it. Wait, I can use my own logo, don't think so. I rather have a new one made than deal with scammers like you.
An opportunity for a good experience!
I cannot say enough about the experience I had with Green Lake Designers and Eric Kasper. I worked with them solid for a month to produce the perfect logo for my new Life Coaching Organization and they were prompt, professional and took my feedback and worked with it to produce the vision I had and the message I wanted to convey through my logo.
After paying the charges I was then told it would cost to get the artistic license for my logo, as I had signed up for a specific package, this did not make for a good experience. Luckily, Barry reached out to me after expressing my displeasure and we spoke and he went out of his way to make this disappointment a good opportunity to speak with him and come to a mutual agreement and understanding to get the logos artistic license delivered to me.
I thank you Barry and Eric for helping me get the first step in my company designed and made a reality.
Bait and switch
I've used them twice (as LogoJeeves) and the design part went well: one logo was very good, and the other was just OK. Still, at the price, who can complain. Then come incessant phone calls to use their other services: web design, web hosting, stationary, etc. Then comes the switch: the claim you owe money for a copyright or you cannot use the logo, that it belongs to them. The deal I signed for the second logo, included, supposedly, lifetime trademark protection, but that didn't seem to be the case. I asked for an invoice for the agreement for the first logo, especially as concerns copyrights. I was never given an invoice nor was it made clear to me what I had agreed too, Various price points were offered with the final being $250 for both logos, although the second one was to have lifetime copyright protection for the price I paid. The person I worked with, Frank, was very evasive, and I could never get straight answers. If you do use this company (again, the design part went well) force them to provide you upfront, in writing, all costs and obligations. If, in fact, I don't own the logos without paying for copyright protection from them, my money has been wasted. A new person, Barry Allen then contacted me. More of the same run around, but he said he would give me permanent copyright protection for free, but the certificates never came.
Shockingly unprofessional
I have nothing good to say about Green Lake Designers. They have taken over from Logo Jeeves and when I received a phone call yesterday about copyright of my logo, the information, communication and client care was completely non-existent. When billing me for a service (that I had mistakenly understood was already paid for), the fee was requested in an email. No invoice. I requested an invoice (which seemed to be an inconvenience) it arrived in a rushed manner without any clear indication of what I was paying for. I had to send it back and request basic, clear documentation (like indicating name and logo graphics on the receipt) that any reputable logo designer/copyright establishment would provide without needing to be prompted by the customer. This has been followed up with repeated phone calls and pressure tactics. They are clearly in a rush without any professional details, courtesy provided to the customer. Beware.

It was a great help during our tight deadlines. They were creative, communicate and open to feedback when changes needed to be made. They were available to take on our crazy schedule and we can’t thank them enough! We will definitely keep rehiring!
