Subject: Unprofessional and Deceptive Service from Green Light Canada Immigration

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the handling of my case by Green Light Canada Immigration. My experience has been extremely frustrating, and I feel compelled to share it with others.

From the very beginning, the staff at Green Light Canada Immigration were not transparent about the process, and they provided inaccurate information that led me to make decisions based on their guidance. Even more concerning, they collected payment from me for services that were either not delivered or performed with a lack of professionalism. I feel deceived and misled by what appears to be dishonest and unethical practices.

Despite my repeated attempts to get clarification and address my concerns, I was met with vague explanations and a dismissive attitude from their representatives. This experience has not only cost me a significant amount of money but has also caused me unnecessary stress, wasted time, and ongoing uncertainty.

I trusted Green Light Canada Immigration to handle my case professionally and with integrity, but they failed to meet even the most basic standards of service. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to be extremely cautious and to seek guidance elsewhere.

I am now considering further action to hold Green Light Canada Immigration accountable for what I believe to be fraudulent behavior.

Careless people just understand how to milk out money from their clients. Poor service quality as they do agreement for sth with you and you will receive sth else. Of course, you can't expect better with the Russian and Israeli these bunch of people, Bloody useless !!!

Scam. Robed me blind. Positive reviews are fake!

Watch out! All good reviews not from Canada, it is bots from random places.
Scammers—constantly changing case managers with no answers. After three years of dealing with this company, I believe all positive reviews are fake and paid for by these scammers.
Crazy that they are getting away with things they are doing inside of Canada. You can't find real info about this company anywhere. We lost $20k and got nothing back, just nothing.

Don't believe zero-risk policy

Don't believe zero-risk policy, they'll never refund you even when they make mistake.
They have a big problem, their employees are not satisfied and they quit.
For my bad experience I had five case manager everytime I received an email that the case manager left the company and someone else should take in charge my application.
Be careful this is a danger ⚡

Beware

Yesterday I received an email from the Vice president of Green Light Canada informing me that the company's president and vice president have decided to split their joint ventures. And asking me to sign a new retainer agreement with the new company P L Immigration established by the vice president. This is the third time they have asked me to sign retainer agreements. How they can decide on that? It’s again a way of getting out of their capabilities.

When one path is unsuccessful they will get your signature for another option and again drag the process. This way they will waste your time for 2 or 3 years or even more. Nothing will happen.

You will never get the amount paid to them even though it is stated in the agreement that they will refund the payment when they are unsuccessful.

So never trust Green light as your immigration Partner

I want to share my unfortunate…

I want to share my unfortunate experience with Green Light Canada, which turned out to be one of the worst immigration services I’ve ever encountered. Despite investing $7,000 USD (approximately 1.1 million JPY), I received nothing in return for my money. The promises made were empty, and the service was utterly disappointing.

Their lack of professionalism and poor communication left me feeling frustrated and deceived. It became evident that they were more interested in collecting fees than providing any real assistance. After this experience, I am planning to take legal action to seek justice and recover my hard-earned money.

I strongly advise anyone considering their services to be extremely cautious. Do thorough research and look for more reputable and reliable alternatives. Don’t let yourself be taken advantage of as I was. Green Light Canada is a cautionary example of what can go wrong when dealing with immigration services.

I wish too warn everyone to be careful…

I wish too warn everyone to be careful of green light. Total scam. I did write a good review earlier when Tornike was my case manager. But he left the company. Ketevani is inexperienced. Over all GL is a scam. They have taken my USD 15,000 and I have not received any thing from them.

Please be careful. There are so many victims who are seeking lawyer assistance with regards to their own cases.

Please be careful. Find another agency

My experience with Green light has been…

My experience with Green light has been outstanding. Despite some delays in the process, I truly appreciate the professionalism and dedication of the team. Multiply case officer’s work on my application thanks to Tornike Kiknadze and Special thanks to Ketevani Magradze for her exceptional support. After a meticulous process, I received my LMIA and subsequently applied for my work permit. Though the timeline seemed slow, every step felt genuine and well-handled. Highly recommend their services!

Not promising and bad customer service

My wife and I started our process of migration to Canada in Feb 2023 with Green Light Canada. We saw good reviews on Google, legit licenses, and convincing and promising conversations, and fell into the trap.
Upon checking our profile, they informed us about the Owner-Operator visa. After waiting a whole year, in November they informed us that we had to provide the physical address of one of our friends who resides in Canada to make our case move forward while they could. Now it's 29 Feb 2024, No outcome.

They are master at making excuses. They wasted our time and our money also. They took our $5400 and not replying our emails in time.
Already three case managers have been changed. Worst, the customer service got bad with time and the reply was always the same excuse. We made a mistake and do not recommend this agency to anyone anymore.

Don't trust greenlight canada

We decided to trust Greenlight with their immigration services because they reached out to my husband first saying they could offer a job that will secure work permit and be able to bring the family. They say that this is risk free because payment can be refunded if they failed to give job offer within 3 months. That was 2 years ago, failed job offers, too many excuses that is why our application is stuck in stage 2. We paid 8k USD for their services yet nothing has been cleared. Our mistake is to trust them with these reviews and yet so much frustration on our part when we wasted money, time and our dream of going to Canada. 💔

Hello Everybody,

Hello Everybody,
Taking service from Green Light Canada was the perfect decision, as these people will give you some or the other option and will make you land in Canada, the process takes time, also in between they make lot of changes but they make sure we get perfect plan.
My case manager Salome Samushia is perfect in communication and prompt reply, also she was excellent in making me understand the process.
After many trial and errors I am in between the process and have received my LMIA and with the proper guidance of Salome Samushia we are heading ahead, with the hopes of no obstacles in between.
I would like to thank Salome Samushia, Alina, Ina, and would definitely recommend Green Light Canada for the immigration with the trust and assurance.
