However, after my experience with them, I am compelled to change it to 1 star. I believe they are frauds and cheaters who take advantage of people seeking immigration help.

They promised me expert guidance and assured me that my application would be handled professionally. However, after I paid the fees, they stopped responding to my calls and emails. Their representatives provided false information, which led to delays and complications with my immigration process. When I requested a refund, they refused and continued to ignore my messages.
