They don't keep their word

If you're having trouble with your rewards points for over 2 weeks, you should tell people that instead of saying "you'll get $5off on your next visit" it shouldn't be the customers problem. It's something YOU advertise, not your 3rd party whoever. You lied twice. Once when the manager said it has been down for weeks, it has not. The other when you said I WOULD get a $5 discount on my next visit. Just because I can't afford a medical marijuana card doesn't mean I don't need it medicinally. I really like most everyone in that store, but why would you make your problem the customers problem. Most businesses would honor that. It's obvious that I had the points. If you know basic math. Anyway, integrity is important to me. I won't be back. If I have to walk 5 miles anyway, I'll just go to nature med. Thanks for nothing.

They had a sale…

They had a sale…. I ordered online the night before and got messages confirming my order. They then cancelled my orders saying the prices weren’t right. I’m disappointed and done spending money there.

Employee Review for Green Light…

Employee Review for Green Light (Columbus, OH)

I worked at the Columbus Green Light location for 18 months, starting with the original company before it transitioned into Green Light. During that time, I experienced firsthand the changes, promises, and challenges that came with the transition.

I was asked to stay on after the merger, and I did — fully committed to helping the new team succeed. Sales have been down since the transition, and while I understand that challenges come with growth and change, I also believe in teamwork, accountability, and strong leadership.

As someone with years of experience in sales, marketing, and management — and as a middle-aged single parent — I take pride in hard work and providing excellent customer service. I was proud to be one of the top three in sales performance multiple times, which makes being let go for “low sales” difficult to accept.

Unfortunately, the real issue seems to be a lack of strong leadership and a culture that rewards favoritism over fairness. Speaking up or refusing to be part of a “bro-club” mentality apparently puts your job at risk. Green Light as a company may have great potential, but the Columbus location is losing sales, revenue, and good employees due to poor management and a lack of accountability.

I wish the company the best moving forward — but I hope they take a closer look at what’s really costing them their best people.

Knowledgeable

They were knowledgable, friendly and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend them and I will be going again. That is the place! Nothing but great things to say about them

I went to greenlight dispensary in…

I went to greenlight dispensary in Sikeston Missouri today I bought a glitter bomb 3.5 g green light brand online. It says $20 budlets no where . Does it say two 40. I have a screenshot of it clearly say $20. I would’ve not bought it and it was not $20. I am very upset. The store says nothing I can do about it. I will not be returning to any green light. I will travel for 30 minutes to go somewhere else I would have got a different brand if I would’ve known it wasn’t $20. That’s the only reason why I get green light brand because it’s on sale I wouldn’t smoke it otherwise.

The company does not care a whit for…

The company does not care a whit for their employees. My husband has been working there for over a year and a half. He started 3 days a week, 10 to 6. A few months go by and the force him to work 10 to 8. Now, they're saying they can't work with him at all and if he wants to keep his job, it's now 10 to 9:30. This is a second job for him. And he's over 40. Works 70 hours a week, FANTASTIC customer reviews. And his job is being threatened by soulless void monsters at corporate. Or so the branch managers are saying. No loyalty. No care. Not willing to even go back from 10-8. Don't work here. Don't support them. They don't care. If you're in Cass country Missouri, find another dispensary.

ID has a slight crack? Go to Ivy Hall or Planet 13, NOT here!

This is the only dispensary that refuses my business because my driver's license is cracked. Honestly the 2 places down the street couldn't care less and neither does anyone else. It's perfectly legal ID. I just voted with it. It's scans legit! I'll replace it when I get around to it but I won't come back to Green Light. They should call it Red Light.

this is not Delta nine marijuana

this is not Delta nine marijuana. It does not get you high. It is THCA Or THCM as they put on their bags. look at the label before you buy, and you will see that this is not Delta nine THC that gets you high. Be careful read before you buy know what you are actually buying.

4/26/2024 time 1:13 pm location Independence 3721 South Noland road 64055 My nerves haven't been the same since yesterday when my finger was smashed at the dispensary can't stop thinking about that door closed on my finger tips and the guy said my bad and not sorry dang. Got a voice message from the dispensary telling me I get a 10% discount next time I come in 😲. That really disrespectful. You only give me 9 ok. Looking like I need to talk with someone because that crazy. if I wasn't black things would have went way different. I think 🤔

Beware!

I had looked at their website and decided to go and make a purchase because they had 20% off on .5g carts. When I arrived I checked in and asked about my VA discount, I was told that I would receive 20% and 20% off select carts. I went into the area where you purchase the products.
I made my selections and my items were placed in a bag. I paid and left. I did not notice that I had only received a 20% discount instead of the 40% discount that I had been told I would receive. When I arrived home I looked at the receipt and realized that the discount was wrong. I called and explained that I had make a purchase today and did not receive the full discount. The person I spoke to informed me that I would only receive a 20% because I was a veteran! I said the items I purchased were advertised with a 20% discount plus the veterans discount of 20% should give me a total of 40%. The person I spoke to said we do not stack discounts, even though when I checked in I was told I would receive 40% total.
To add injury to insult 2 of the three carts were only half way filled. I purchased 1.5gs (3 .5g carts) ended up with less than 1g total.
I will no longer shop at this dispensary and I will also share my experience with others that I know.

Went in attempting to meet the health…

Went in attempting to meet the health issues the doctor was most concerned about with me. I had products chosen based on their online statements. One item is not what it's advertised as. The other products were out of stock. I was assured what they recommended would work for me. These products were not only more expensive, they also were not in the same category as what I went in for. They have genuinely never been helpful. Never asked me any questions or asked if I had any questions. Hold on to your money & don't go to Sikeston. They want your money and then want you out the door. I've had no one who knows enough about the products to assist me. They need competition from someone that knows their products and can assist patients with their health needs that the doctor approves their card for.

Every person has been informative

Every person has been informative, kind and able. Joplin greenlight dispensary will listen and keep it professional. Chanda has been gracious all 3 times we have worked together and i look forward to coming back!

Low income Patients

I placed a online order a few days ago and went to pick it up. I had a 10% off online orders if you show them the page and I'm low income which is 10% off. When I get there and get my order they said they could not honor the 10% off for showing them the page and that they could only honor the 10% low income. So I called 5 other Greenlight stores and asked them if I'm low income and also have a coupon how would that work. They said it would be 20%off. So what are they saying? So I guess if your low income don't bother with coupons well in Poplar Bluff, Mo anyway.

Was a great experience
