Great service from Greenmarket! Quality of phones received were near perfect and the extra phone case they sent was a nice surprise! The first phone I ordered was so good that we ordered another for my son the next day. Communication was good and they checked we hadn’t ordered by mistake. A real caring company. Would use again.

GreenMarket is the place to shop refurbished electronics…
I bought an iPhone 12 Pro Max and got a super deal through them. They were so helpful and really took care of me and offer quality refurbished products. Why buy new when you can rely on companies like these guys? I will definitely refer my friends and come back in the future to buy more gear from them.

Slow to process order and wrong phone sent!
Despite the promise of 1-3 day delivery, it took three days to process my order before it was even posted.
My phone arrived in a brown box (fair enough) with no paperwork, so it took me an hour of setting up before I realised that I had been sent the wrong model with half the capacity as the phone I ordered. The returns process has been free and painless though.

I stumbled on Greenmarket by accident…
I stumbled on Greenmarket by accident and then did a bit of 'web searching' to check they were genuine. I have to say an exceptionally good service. I bought a highest grade refurb Motorola Edge and it arrived with all the accessories in an original box. There were a couple of tiny marks on the bezel but that was it, and it arrived extremely quickly. Not quite perfect but I'd give 4.5/5 if I could. I'd definitely consider them again for future buys if they keep their prices competitive.

Initially happy with phone and service…
Initially happy with phone and service but screen broke on the phone within the first week, starting from hairline cracks and spreading. I purchased a case and screen protector when I ordered the phone and never used the phone without having them on. When contacted customer services who were quick to respond but they said that the phone was brand new and not refurbished so it was impossible to have hairline cracks in it but they would get back to me when they have more information, that was over a month ago and still not heard anything.

It's a shame about your device, I have looked into your query and can see that my colleague has confirmed the following.
The Motorolas that are listed are actually direct from Motorola, so we ensure they’re fully tested and functional before delivery. To add to this each Motorola is checked by the merchant to ensure they note down the IMEI number and check the LCD is in fully working condition.
"the device sold was an "excellent condition" device so should have arrived in almost new condition. If this is not the case then potentially the damage may have occurred during transport. The damages that we can be seen from the photo tends to occur from drops or hard pressure on the device. Unfortunately, these types of damages are not covered under the 12-month warranty."
To add to this, we provide 12 month warranty on all refurbished phones which doesn't cover accident damage. If you would like us to see if we can provide a service to fix the issue you have on your screen, please do email us and we can look into this for you.
You mentioned that our colleague didn't get back to you, I'm sorry about this, I have passed this feedback on to our founders as we do expect our team to get back to all customers.
