We rent a car, Perodua Bezza, for 2 weeks. The car was fine, no problems, the service was great.

I stay in Melaka with my family and rent a Car by GM. That time, I changed my schedule several time due to other conflicts, even size of the Car because I need to bring my three kids with wife.
But GM guy, Rizuan provided full support for my many request that time and we had good trip to Johor Bahru and Melaka city with rental car.
Really thanks for good arrangement for us.
And I definately will use this company again next time.

The car is so clean, full tank, some food and water were provided as well. Easy pick up and drop off process. Most importantly, the price is reasonable.

Ever since the first time i rent car from Green Matrix to travel for work at East Coast Malaysia, i use their car rental service until now , each time when i need it... Have been using their service for more than 5times. The crews are always on time to pass me the car even though sometimes i arrived early. Their car is quite new , and very clean.
Sometimes i faced some payment issues, they will take initiative to help me solve the issues and they will reserve the car for me even though is very near to the rental date. When the car model that i wanted to reserve is not available anymore they gave me free upgrade , really thanks for that! 😄
There's once me and my colleagues had an event and we arrived very late at the airport, they didn't charge me and were patient waiting for our arrival. Always helped me carry my luggage as well, explain to me the directions to travel, and there's once they prepare some local snacks for the customers ...

Reasonably good price for the reliable service. I did rent a car once during promotion period, and after the discount the price is cheap even extra charges were added for returning the car 200++ km away! Totally worth it especially during promotion period!
