Everything was excellent except the time it takes for the deposit to be refunded back to your credit card, 5/7 days is how long I was told it actually took 30 days from the return date!

Used Green Motion for the first time out of their Glasgow Airport office. This was a fast, seemless and freindly service which I was extremely pleased with.
All of the team were professional with a very engaging a personal touch which resonated well with me and my family. I will be using again for sure.

Even though it was unlimited pass, we only used it once or twice a day which meant this was a huge overcharge. Basically wiped up the savings from using another company.

The personnel at the Green motion booth near Stansted were very helpful and provided me with a decent car and treated me very well upon my return with the car and accepted a debit card. unfortunately upon my return to Ireland! about two or three weeks later, they deducted £68 from my bank because I apparently got a parking charge where I ate in a restauran, whilst in the UK. I am contesting this, but I think in future greenmotion should alert me to a parking charge before they take money from my account. Otherwise, I would happily recommend Green motion as a car company.

It was 1st time with Green Motion. The staff were very friendly, the procedures were smooth and the check out of car was super quick. The car we got was very new and too techy:) Great car. We had it for about 5 days
Need to update tech response. My son's online Singapore car licence was rejected even though he had physical international licence card on him too. We have to online much about everywhere and maybe GM could too.
We also didnt like the hefty admin charge for our two parking charges. We are really new to UK roads and GM didnt advise, guide and warn us. We asked for the for waiver of admin fees twice and were waved on citing it is inevitable admin costs
We paid our admin and fines promptly

I was charged extra for the insurance due to the type of vehicle it was even though Expedia advised me that I should not have been charged again. I made several attempts to contact the organization but was unsuccessful with every attempt. This was highway robbery to be charged insurance twice for the same vehicle.
