Recently visited for over a hours Dental work so I was very anxious. However Dr Patel was her normal self ,calming, caring and informative even putting music on to drown out drilling noise ( and it helped ) she was also helped by her assistant ( Flo I believe) who was also kind and supportive 10/10 🤙🏻
I accompanied my son to a treatment co ordination appointment with Keeley for Invisalign. From the moment we walked in we were made to feel welcome and at ease. Keeley explained everything in great detail to my son including how long the treatment would take, what was involved, the cost etc. All of our questions were answered confidently and professionally and each aspect of the treatment broken down to help us understand and visualise how it would work. Keeley was extremely friendly and demonstrated excellent customer care. Nothing was too much trouble. We left feeling very confident that my son would have the best care and attention in the future.
