Boss man removed my dash cam wire

Boss man removed my dash cam wire, without any warning. Company says it's in safety and policy but how about our safety and the cars safety . If something does happen whilst car is with them. There's no safety for car. They charge £40 for the service plus extra money for the parking at the terminal so they can pick car up and then paying again for them dropping car off. They are thiefs won't recommend at all.

They turned the dash cams off in the car. I called and asked why and they said it's for security purposes but what about my security and safety. That's so stupid. What will i do in case of an accident? Or if they damage my car or take stuff?
Very unhappy.

Returned my car with oil stained

Returned my car with oil stained, evidence of unauthorized used 40miles , rest seat dirty , a work men tool / metal left in my car . Internal upholstery was black oil stained like a mechanic had used the car .
No reply to complaint emails.
Not recommended to anyone.

Steer Clear!!!

This company does not deserve any stars. Our car ended up in a police compound as the driver got stopped by the police taking the car from meet and greet, and the driver did not have a valid driver's licence.

Unprofessional car parking service, unauthorised use of car and theft

I recently made a booking for Heathrow Terminal 2 airport parking through compareairportparkingextras.co.uk and I subsequently collected my car from level 4 of Terminal 2 at the end of my trip through a company called Green Oaks Park and Ride.
I was very disappointed to see evidence of unauthorised use of my car.
- My personal belongings were taken out of storage compartments and dumped at various places.
- Half eaten chocolate bar was left on the back seat.
- Unrecognised charging cable was left in front of the front passenger seat and my charging cable was pulled out.
- The driver seat was soaking wet including the cushion resulting in wetness in my clothes on my return home.
- About £10 worth of £1 coins were taken from the central storage compartment.
- The driver who handed over the car key and the terminal parking ticket to me wasn't interested to see my car collection receipt and just disappeared quickly.
The e-mail address supplied on the car collection receipt also does not work, as my e-mail to them got bounced back by the system. This increased my suspicion on these companies.
I wrote an e-mail to Compare Airport Parking Extras Ltd and asked for a compensation. All I received was an apology for inconvenience. According to their terms and conditions, it is my responsibility for my belongings. So, their terms and conditions protect their business and allow their third party service providers to help themselves to take any of our belongings. It is a clear business malpractice.
Anyone looking to find a parking service should avoid the two companies mentioned above and go to other more reputable businesses.

Unprofessional! Theft/removal from car!

Used them last year for meet and greet and they were ok so used them at Bhx airport for park and ride. Parked at Gables Hotel and told the car would be safe. On return they didn’t know there were four of us (?) so took ages to pick us up. When driven off noticed the volume button had been deliberately pulled off, there were three miles extra on the car and the sat nav was messed up. Rang them and they said to send pics which I did and Addie said he would pass the message onto Jay/ali one of the partners. Nothing since then (4 days ago) despite numerous calls and texts :( no apology, text or acknowledgement.. reported to Birmingham police for criminal damage. NEVER USE SUCH AN UNPROFESSIONAL BUNCH OF COWBOYS AGAIN!! AVOID!! 😡 West Midlands police have logged it so please report to them if anything wrong..

terrible do not use them we waited 1 hour and 20 mins for them to bring the car back and you have to pay for arrival and departure parking at £7.50 each time which they don’t tell you before you book

Very Disappointed/Angry…

We left our car at their compound with the understanding that it would remain there until we were picked up at Heathrow Airport on our return !
As we were waiting for them to pick us up we could not believe our eyes to see our own car arriving, not damaged but in a filthy condition ! Also had to pay an exit fee as the driver gave us a paid exit ticket for another terminal !😤 Kathy

Wish I had listened to reviews

Please don’t do what I did and hope you’d be one of the lucky ones.
Genuinely the worst service I have ever received. Compare Your Airport Parking should be ashamed to give custom to this service (which they lie about).

Not safe, not trusted, changes drop off locations, make you pay for a service that isn’t mentioned in email (costing more money), called over 30 times to get my car back, waited an hour and a half to get my car back, things inside broken and tampered with.

Both parties refuse a refund

Disgusting service!

The car was taken by a driver from the short stay car park at Birmingham Airport to an undisclosed car park. This arrangement was changed in the last minute from another address that I was supposed to drive the car to. On my return from holiday I met a driver who brought my car back to the short stay car park and noticed that the rear drivers side tyre was flat and there were scratches on the front passenger side fender. The owner of the car park has red to accept liability for the flat tyre or the scratches on the vehicle. When we spoke to the driver he refused to help and was rather rude to myself and my wife. It’s not the best feeling coming back from holiday and then noticing that your car has a flat tyre and scratches on the bodywork and alloys. I have liaised with the owner without much success. I will definitely not use this airport parking company again.

Avoid This Company at All Costs – Total Nightmare!

Do not use this dodgy company — you will regret it. I handed over my car in perfect condition, only to receive it back with scratches and a strong smell of cigarettes, clearly indicating it had been used while I was away.

To make matters worse, when I landed at Heathrow, it took them over three hours to return my car. Completely unacceptable.

If you value your vehicle and your peace of mind, stay far away from this company.

DO NOT USE THIS CARPARK COMPANY

The only reason I have given 1 star is because the review does not allow 0 stars.
I booked my car with this company and dropped my car off at 5am 11/07/2025. I returned to the UK and called to arrange car pick up as requested. When their driver drove up in my car, he hurriedly gave me the car key and parking ticket and quickly left. I noted that the car windows were all open, which was unusual. The car was in a disgusting condition, thick with dirt and dust. When I inspected the inside of the car, the cream leather interior was stained, and the car interior smelled like an ashtray, this is obviously why the driver had opened all the windows. There was cigarette ash on my dashboard and floor. There was also a significant increase in the car mileage, which would indicate they had been using my car.
I phoned and emailed this company with my concerns, but as expected they have made no attempt to rectify the issues I raised.
I would strongly advise that you do not use this company.

Vehicle damaged and very poor comms and service

We used this company at Birmingham Airport in late May early June 2025 and their comms and customer service were poor from the start. Our car was damaged while in their care and they are being very evasive and slippery in owning up and doing the decent thing. They are cheap for a reason and I would never recommend them. If you do use them, keep detailed photographic records of your car before and after.

I HAVE TRIED TO GET THIS SORTED? BUT KEEP GETTING EXCUSES? THEY TOOK PHOTOS ETC BUT NOT BEEN IN TOUCH SINCE? CALLED AGAIN TODAY NO JOY?? NOW I WOULD NOT TRUST THESE TO PARK A SHOPPING TROLLY!! IF I COULD GIVE MINUS 5, I WOULD. BEWARE USING THIS DODGY COMPANY!! I MONTH ON STILL NO JOY? £390 QUOTE TO REPAIR? WHAT A DODGY BUNCH THESE ARE!!

Hassle free efficient service

Arrived an hour early at drop off point( Greenoaks site) but didn’t have to wait. Once security checks had been completed suitcases were put in their taxi and we were off to the train station, a 10min journey. From there it’s a 5min journey to the airport on the free monorail.
On the way back you call them once you have your baggage. They answered very quickly and told us to make our way to the pick up point(where they dropped us off), so monorail back to train station. We waited maybe 10minutes then I had another call to tell me the registration of our pickup. It anrived within 2mins. After checking our car details we were on our way. A 10min drive back to our car.
All in all a very pleasant experience. Would certainly us them again as price was very competitive. Make sure you follow their directions to the site.

Why use anyone else?

Have used other parking companies in the past but this one is the best. Agent was stood there waiting for us when we arrived to drop off the car and also on our return. Really pleased with the service
