Agreed that the customer service isn’t very good. The coating of the pans started to come off straight away and after less than two years of use they have had to be thrown out. It took a few weeks to get a response, to basically say this is my fault

Good pans, however they seem to have tricked me into leaving a positive product review on their site... I was told i would receive a 15% discount on my next order if i left a review. I did this and went to order a new pan set.... the discount code didnt work. I contacted customer services, they took over a week to reply and were useless. I'll go spend my money elsewhere.

Bought a new product that arrived damaged. Tried to contact customer service, which was extremely poor. V unhappy!

Wrong item sent in order. No response when tried to contact via online form or via email.

Pan is a little heavier, but safe as free from PFA's :) .

I was a little disappointed with a couple of my pans a year after purchasing them, I emailed the customer service team who responded straight away asking some further questions and gave me some great advice (which I took on board). They then sent me an entire new set of pans which was completely unexpected but thoroughly appreciated! Pans are great, look so nice and the Green Pan customer service is brilliant!

My pink and brass pots and pans set is beautiful! Quality absolutely amazing, falling in love with cooking again. Items were shipped really quickly in eco friendly packaging which was really nice too. Huge greenpan fan

Few weeks in, really non stick and quick cooking time

The Cambridge range are the best pans I've ever used. They are very non-stick and easy to clean. They seem to heat up more quickly and the heat spreads more evenly than with my previous pans (I use a gas hob/stove). And of course, it's a real bonus that the company avoids using harmful 'forever' chemicals. Note that these pans are very lightweight which may give the impression that they aren't good quality but they are.

Absolutely zero customer service. No online chat, no phone number and no response to two emails I sent regarding an order placed. I was looking to see if I could add another item to my order (half an hour after placing it) avoid a separate delivery. Three days later I received the pans but still have not had a response to email. Companies like this that can't even follow up on a sale don't deserve to exist

We had some problems with deterioration of surface on two saucepans but Greenpan's customer service was excellent and replacements quickly organised

This is the second Featherweights Dutch oven I have purchased and they are just superb. No sticking, cooks evenly, cannot fault it. Now looking for my third :-)

Very nice cooker. I love it.

Always really pleased with GreenPan pans. Have recommended them to all my family and they agree they are the best pans they’ve had.

Green Pan have been very helpful in rectifying a problem. I was originally sent a set of pans and one of them was slightly damaged.
It took a while for customer services to respond, but when they did, they sorted things quickly and to our satisfaction.

The pans were not non stick as advertised. Requested to return for a refund which was declined, offering replacements instead!
Eventually got a refund after going through Amazon customer service

The quality of the product I received (cake tin) was good but one of the products was not available and there was no effort to find a replacement, automatically giving a refund. When I asked about sending a replacement as I didn’t want to have to pay a delivery fee when I was entitled to free delivery they said I should purchase again through the website. It would have been courteous and fair if they could have at least offered to waver the delivery charge

I love Greenpan. I’m so happy to have a non toxic product that I can use for my family. The customer service is also excellent. I had to return a couple of pans several years ago due to some unexplainable scratches which appeared after a couple of years. They were wonderful about replacing them.
