I ordered and paid but fault message and no pans
I ordered and paid, but than got the message that the order wasn't made. Did pay though. It is a gift for someone and now I don't have a gift to give!

not suitable for regular cooking
what they promote about the parts and what the quality they give doesnt match. i have ordered 2 parts, i can say those parts are sturdy, but the quality for cooking is not up to the mark. the food is easily burned out. once the food is burned out on pan, it doesn't go away when you clean it. i can say it is really hard. though they told me to heat the pan with little bit of dishwasher water and to boil it, but that process also not worked out.

Handle that drops from the pan with normal use... scandal!
I bought one of their pan (GreenChef) 2 years ago and the pan just dropped from the handle, which was really scary since we were cooking and moving the pan! Hopefully no one hurt and no damage in our house. We used their pan in standard condition all the time, no reason for it to break... Unfortunately I cannot upload photo on TrustPilot but imagine that the metal just broke from the inside (we only had 1 eggplant inside... so not heavy at all!).
We contacted their support to get information about quality and also to find out what they suggest since it's a product quality issue (not a problem of use). They were non-professional and told us to go to the supermarket (whereas warranty was expired). I was not expecting such a low-consideration whereas the pan costs 30+ euros and that our first intent at start was to buy quality (costly if needed) to not change pans every 2 years... haha it seems we failed.
We now avoid GreenChef & "The Cookware Company" :/

Returned order without explanations
I ordered some pans from Green pan and after two weeks of waiting, I got a mail that I have received the order when I actually did not. Reached out to them and they processed a refund instantly without any explanation. Later I got a mail that my order was returned because I didn’t provide a house number. This is false because it is impossible to place an order without entering a house number. Also the confirmation they sent to me clearly states my house number. They are so negligent and quick to push blames on their customers.

Great pans that make cooking a pleasure
Ordered 6 pans and 2 of them arrived damaged (probably in transport).
Customer service was very quick to react and arrange a replacement.
The pans look beautiful and cooking in them is a really nice experience.
Would recommend them to everyone.

Great Service
Pan was damaged when it arrived due to mishandling by the delivery company, but greenpan sent a replacement when I sent them a picture. They were very helpful.
The pan itself is very good. Eggs don’t stick. Now that I have one and I know it works, I will buy others.
The pan got scratched, they agreed to send me a new one
The pan was scratched the second time I used it. I used only wooden spoons and medium heat. I got in touch with them and they agreed to send a new one, therefore 4 stars.

Black friday deals
It was 23 November that I chat with customer service. I asked if the price won't change and if you've already have ALL deals for blackfriday I will order. So I ordered.But afterward the price dropped again about 30 euros. I am kind of upset about it .if they told I could wait for 2 days and save more

Very bad service!
Very bad service!
I placed an order and received the order confirmation, everything seems fine.
I called them after 5 days which is over their shipping guarantee period then they informed me my order is canceled because something went wrong in their warehouse system and they will refund me. They were not even trying to send me the product and force me to accept the refund. Until now, I still haven't received the refund confirmation!

Ceramic layer was damaged
Ceramic layer was damaged on one of my pans. Asked a question about repair and/or warranty. Greenpan received the message and said they would reply shortly. While it took a bit longer than expected, Greenpan came up with an excellent solution and satisfactorily answered my questions. Very happy with my Greenpans

I was very excited about this purchase…
I was very excited about this purchase because before buying I made great research on ecological pans. The first month of use it was perfect, but then food became to stick to the pan and it's impossible to continue cooking with it. Worth mentioning that we carefully used it: never used any hard sponges to clean, neither dishwashing machine, tried not to overheat it, but anyway...Pity!
