They fill your inbox email with tons of surveys which is great but hold to your chair if you contact customer service for a simple question as to know why I don't see my payment..... They are disrespectful at the point to call me a liar because I didn't know that a payment I received from them was going to be under another name and not Green Panthera. They also threaten me to delete my account. Which was unnecessarily rude , who wants to keep working for a company like that? Save your time this company is not worthy.

I won't recommend this site to anyone. Last week I hit $31 and tried cashing it out. The support team told me they won't pay me because I rushed through some surveys. Really Greenpanthera? I was 100% keen and took all the time I needed to answer all questions according to my opinion. Such a pathetic website!

I am dissatisfied, as I NEVER qualify for any surveys, even though I check for them daily! Sometimes immediately after they're cerculated, but I am always excluded. Am I doing something wrong, or what? On other survey-sites that Greenpanthera has partnered with, I have been much more successful.

I was a bit sceptical after I read the reviews about greenpanthera but I never gave up bcoz I was halfway to $30. I had faced problems with logging in, I got to do about 20% of surveys sent to my email. This requires a lot of patience. Last week I cashed out and got an email saying it takes about 14 days and within a week my cash got paid into my PayPal account 😃😃😃

For a few months I was able to participate in certain surveys and request my payment.
Then, a week ago, for no reason, none of the survey links worked.
They tell me that I am not in the right country, that my answers would be fraudulent, that I have already participated with my Ip address, etc ... In short, that lies so that I no longer earn 1 cent and force myself to Unsubscribe.
Scammers.

These guys are literally thieves, the available surveys to complete arrive via email, the email title lets you know how much you're going to get credited if you complete said survey, so if the email title says the survey will get credited for 0.95 cents that's what you'll get right? WRONG. For an ENTIRE month I completed a bunch of supposed $0.95c surveys only find out 85% of them got credited for NOT HIGHER THAN 30c. each. Are you effing kidding me? if that is not considered theft I don't know what is. AVOID THIS PANEL AT ALL COSTS.

Avoid this company at all costs. I have spent many, many hours in completing their surveys truthfully. Last week I tried to check my balance several times only to find that I was getting messages saying Invalid email. This company will use you. They will raise your hopes, require you to spend man hours of work and then withhold your payment. they should not be allowed to operate. I am fully intending to take this tot the Financial Ombudsman. There will be a long wait bit the outcome will be worth it. I will not be fobbed off.

Their support emails are rude and false. Claiming I answered questions with letters instead on actual words/sentences. Then they kept the money I had earned and closed my account. I feel played by them. They used me to collect data then refused to pay me and sent me a really rude email. I would not recommend them to anyone. I looed around the internet and they have very low rating and rarely pay out.

I do not understand the bad reviews? I have been involved for over a year and have not had any problems. On the contrary, I would like to say that it is one of the best if not the best platform for online surveys. Many surveys are presented daily and although not everyone leads anywhere, many do and you get up to 30 dollars pretty quickly. Hats off to Greenpanthera!

Works only on 1st time cash out. Won't work on 2nd time cash out. Had my account locked away. According to them, I have been flagged as speeding through surveys more than 10 times which is full of bull crap. Had no such issue with other survey panels at all. Greenpanthera & SurveyPronto are from the same company. Both are scam. No social media or any sort of contact detail or whatsoever. Only email. Definitely a red flag. Waste of my time & effort answering survey in this useless panel. Definitely not recommended! Hope their company will go bankrupt soon!

I have spent a number of weeks doing these surveys and had accumulated 60 dollars when suddenly, they do not accept my login details. They state that my password is wrong so, I tried to change my password to be told that they do not recognise my email address then, I thought I would re register with them to be told They already have a client with this email address?!!!!! I thought I would then click on their icon to contact them but, you cannot contact them. This is an absolute fraudulent survey company.

Sadly I can't give zero star... They pretend that is something wrong qith your account so they can stop sending you surveys and consequently don't pay you.
I had a balance of 15$ until last 10/16/2020, and then I couldn't login anymore and stopped receveing surveys. They said I have two accounts registered in the same login, but that's not true since I only use my account to make the tasks. I sent an e-mail for them and the response is rude and very amateur, they are not a serious company at all.
Don't register.

This survey site is greedy I almost to get the minimum of this site then they removed my account so the 25$ I earn is gone. So don't ever waste your time for this greedy site. Also share the experience to social media this is really greedy and scammer site. Worded ever😠😠😠😠😠😠😠

I have been doing these surveys for two years and, have had no problem until recently. I had accumulated 60 us dollars and was about to cash in when, greenpanthera would not allow me to access my account, they are not sending me any more surveys and when you try to contact them you cannot. We done Greenpanthera you have 60 us dollars of my money.

Don't waste your time. They just closed my account without any explanation and refusing to give the money I already earned. Oh, you rushing, I didn't see any odometers in there, oh you not writing enough. For $0.02-0.70 be happy someone is trying to do your stupid surveys.
