I’ve been using eye creams from different brands for years and I’ve never had any irritation or allergies. This company claims all their products are organic, so I decided to give them a try and ordered about £155 worth of products. Unfortunately, this will be my first and last order.
The “foam” face wash is not really a foam at all. The texture is very disappointing. The body and hand wash also comes with a very small dispenser, which makes it annoying to use. The face cream is extremely sticky and feels really unpleasant on the skin after applying. The worst product is the eye cream. It burns my eyes badly. Every time I use it my eyes start stinging and I have to wash it off immediately because I can’t even keep my eyes open. I’ve never experienced this with any other eye cream before.
Overall, very disappointing products for the price. Honestly, it also makes me question the reviews on their website because my experience was completely different.

Ordered from Green People for the first time earlier this year and was hugely disappointed with the delivery process. The website says it is normally 2-3 days for the product to arrive but my order hadn't even been processed by that time. The worst thing is not the delay, it's the not knowing - no correspondence from the company, and when you email them, you get an AI response which doesn't tell you anything and simply stalls the progress. It took several exchanges with AI and asking to be escalated twice to even hear from a human. My order did arrive in the end but I won't be ordering again for 2 reasons - AI as the first port of call, and no proactive communication from the company's side when something isn't right.

I have received my products and I have yet to use them BUT the packaging is a huge disappointment. I actually have not received a package with Styrofoam for SO LONG NOW... I nearly forgot it exists.... Do better... Why not recycled paper... There isn't even any glass.. Very frustrating and very disappointing!!

Whilst I liked the products I ordered like the serum and the night cream, the customer service isn't great. After ordering the wrong item and changing it I was told I would get two refunds. The first for £4.30 the second for £22.65 am still waiting for. I have emailed them FOUR times about this, and not had a reply for 4 days. The AI chatbox is very good that your query is being 'escalated' but no timescales. When you receive an email, no name is put at the bottom. In frustration I called them and spoke to someone called Jo who was rude, unhelpful and defensive. She told me that my enquiry wasn't top priority, they had a lot of emails. I then receive a kind of apology generated by AI and another refund notification. I thought the service was so bad, I emailed their managing director, Sean. I won't order from them again.

Had discount code from O2 priority but doesn't work at site. Keeps capitalising even copied code. Chat bot useless and couldn't recommend as Aloe Vera ingredient causes allergies. Managed to get it to work and product came reasonably quickly just got the aftersun to try but a bit worried about comments about marking clothing.

Great company, love and trust the organic standard and always lovely products
I've always used Green people for the kids and now they've left home I continue to use it and send gives to my daughter

I made an order on Oct 5, and on Oct 30 they still didn't ship it so I had to cancel, now waiting for a full refund. Very disappointing.
The customer service said they will keep me updated on my order but never did without me pinging them.

I got some really nice shampoo and sun cream from here (although expensive) and would get them again. Very good quality and ingredients. The shampoo is a bit strange because it doesn't foam but leaves my hair really clean and healthier-feeling nonetheless. My wife says the sun cream takes longer to rub in but I found it OK.

I've used Green People sun products for last few years. It's expensive but I liked them and thought I was doing my bit. Unclear if they've changed the formula this year but the factor 30 is leaving big yellow stains on all our white cotton T Shirts and towels. I just cannot get it out. Additionally there is an odd marzipan fragrance. We have had to stop using and gone off to buy non eco till I get home and research another product. Will not use again.

Received a empty sealed box and poor communication via email.

Didn't receive my after sun product and just a free sample sachet. Raise the issue via email enquiring for a refund. However, they decided no refund and to just resend item. This then arrived after my holiday and slow response via email.

First time using 'Green people'

I haven't received any information about the delivery status for over three weeks and contacted customer support multiple times, but unfortunately, I always received an AI response that a team is taking care of my order and that they will get back to me soon (what never happened). Ultimately, I had to cancel my order. At least the refund was processed quickly.

Conclusion: in my opinion, a company that is not able to make the processing status of the order transparent to the customer cannot be taken seriously. Never again!

Not received my order and can’t get through to an actual person it’s AI. New customer lost, I’ll get through PayPal to raise a dispute.

The products I've used are fine. But I emailed a query about points to correct email address- twice. No reply from either. This just comes across as rude and that there will be no support if needed. Thinking will take custom elsewhere.

I bought the Green People Suncream for the first time this year. My daughter (now 20) has suffered with either heat rash or prickly heat every time we've been away. She's tried all the generic, off the shelf, allergy lotions but would always end up suffering. Until this year. We're just back from 10 days in Cyprus where it is about 38°. She used Green People cream every day and I can absolutely confirm that she had no heat rash or prickly heat and had the best holiday. She had a big smile every day and has come back glowing. I wish I'd have discovered Green People ages ago and then wouldn't have had to see her suffer so much on every holiday over the years. I actually can't stop telling everyone about how fabulous Green People is!

Bit disappointed. The eye cream is ok but tge Facial SPF 15 was not good. Its very thick & you have to really massage it in the skin. I ended up with white bits all over my face. Very odd. Fortunately I tried the little tester tubes. Wint be buying again

I was really looking forward to trying this £47 cream, but unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The pump does not work properly – it’s full of air and only dispenses product occasionally after many pumps. On top of that, the 30ml tube looked and felt half empty right from the start.
I contacted customer service, hoping for a resolution, but was simply told the tube is fine and the pump might just have some air in it. That’s it – no real help, no replacement, no concern.
For such a high price, I expected both quality product and functional packaging. Sadly, this feels like a waste of money. I won’t be buying again and I wouldn’t recommend it unless the company seriously improves both the product and the packaging.

I am delighted with the outstanding products this company supplies, particularly the organic shampoo and sun cream.

The organic shampoo has transformed me and my families hair care routine, providing nourishment and a fresh clean feeling, without the harsh chemicals often found in conventional products.

Additionally, the sun cream has proven to be a superior choice for sun protection for my daughter. Its lightweight formula allows for easy application while effectively safeguarding my daughters sensitive skin.

I am happy to write a positive review for both products, as I believe they exemplify quality and sustainability.
