No products and no refund - avoid
I was excited to order from what seemed like a great company, but I never received my order. I then contacted multiple times via email, phone, and social media - often I couldn't get through/no one would reply, but when I did, they would vaguely say someone would get back to me, which they never did. I was told at one point I would get a refund, which never arrived. I chased this up for months which took a lot of time. It's been a year since my order and have not seen the products or a penny back. For the record, the parcel didn't get stolen, it was never delivered at all. Unsure if the products ever existed at all at this point.

Amazing
Such a lovely company and such beautiful products. I recently made my first purchase with this lovely company for some shampoo and conditioner and i honestly was not disappointed it was absolutely beautiful and left my hair so soft and shiny it came packaged in a beautiful box. I would highly recommend this lovely company and will be purchasing again. 😊
