I love my new purses! They were well made with nice material and stitching. I thought they might be too small, but everything fits perfectly. I have received several compliments from friends and family.

My bag arrived and unfortunately had some stitching loose! But customer service replied straight away and sent me out a replacement which was amazing. The bags have a bit of a temu / made in china smell. But you get what you pay for I guess. Love the style though!

The advertising on this site was very misleading. Ordered and received a beige/yellow Lyona crossbody bag but the color wasn't as bright as the pictures on the site. The yellow handles are poor quality plastic and little bits of the handle were already flaking off by the time the package was opened. Plastic smell was very strong and there were hairs inside the bag too! Disgusting! Do yourself a favor and DO NOT buy from this company ever. It is a scam!

**BUYER BEWARE**I purchased a bag less than 6 months ago. The seam of the strap started coming apart so I reached out to try and get it restored somehow. The customer service team refused to help me and stated it was “normal wear and tear”. Extremely disappointed. I was hoping for so much more from this brand.

Love my purse. Right size, lightweight and the color inside allows you to see what’s there. Zippers are hefty enough to slide easily. Just an all round great purse.

Bag is adorable and unique! Would love to see more colors.
