Great bag. Love the color and durability. Shipping was slow but that was fine.

Quality of product

I ordered three crossbody bags "Lyona" with the discount "buy 2 get 3" but at first I only had received two bags.
I contacted the customer service and they where very helpful and within a few days they have sent the missing bag.
I love them all - the colors are nice and true to what you see online, they have a lot of space and are not too large. I'm very happy with my purchase

Update: they issued a refund for the scratched bag, no option to return the other items.

My purse arrived with scratches along the front. The other products received (a second purse, bag strap, and keychain) were extremely poor quality. Overall really disappointed.

I contacted customer service to initiate a return. I will update this review if they respond to my request and issue a full refund.

I got the end of the year sale buy two get one free… I was supposed to give one away, but it’s mine now! The bag is perfect size and it has so many pockets, I can organize everything. Love them!

I was very worried to order something outside of the U.S. because of the current horrors of tariffs and the end of de minimus. I was assured there would be no problem receiving this gift for my granddaughter.
The purse arrived with no problems whatsoever!! I was so happy. My granddaughter LOVES it. It's very cute and just right for her. Thank you for making the whole process seamless.

Fast delivery. Well made product. Comfy to wear. Lots of room for things I need to pack in a handbag.

Beautiful, sturdy, spacious, functional. I love the feel of it - both on my shoulder and to the touch. The only suggestion I would make is to put zippers on both inner pockets. But that’s primarily a personal preference. I LOVE this purse!

UPDATE: since writing this review several hours ago, I have now heard a response from the company clarifying they have provided me a full (not partial and I am incorrect for thinking this) refund for all items and therefore I have no out-of-pocket cost. I standby below review based on my one and only experience with this company as so far as they do not provide on their website a CLEAR description of their shipping methods other than Free shipping (neglect to give any sort of timeframe on the shipping process). Mine took over 20 days. I have been told by this comp rep that most reviews online that are of a complaint nature ( as mine) are left inaccurately and I would like to refute this here. , Point of my review to provide a clear understanding of shipping practices and expectations of time that is currently missing on POMMEs website.

This company uses second and third-party shipping carriers. As soon as the product leaves their hands They have no responsibility for how long it takes to get to you and if it does at all! This company uses the excuse it is the shipping partners error. 1 December I ordered a product. I also participated in the buy one get one as well as their 20% off And chose 2 additional products. The primary single product that I really wanted never arrived to my home and the ones that I purchased only because of the supposed Discounts came 26 days later and after the Christmas holiday. I have been refunded the smallest item Which is the one again I planned on purchasing, and they will not allow a full refund nor return of these other others that I just happen to get as part of the offer. I am out over $70 due to this company’s error. The customer service rep has remained cordial and respectful throughout our 22 days of daily correspondence But now telling me I am basically on my own. In the event you choose to purchase from this company, please understand their free shipping is the only thing they offer and at least coming to my state of Florida/USA it took 26 days. Never did get an answer where it originated from. Their website talks about France. I called bull!They do not provide any other additional shipping rates at the expense of the customer, but glamorize their company offering free shipping. (if you don’t mind the month or so wait, then yes it’s good but this company is basically like SHEIN.
Extremely disappointing ordering 1 December and it was not here in time for December 25. Yet all over their website from November 28 through the day I ordered it spoke about holiday shopping very clearly on their website and in fact, spammed me to no end with various emails and texting regarding this special sale) Arrive two days later and the bag for which I originally intended and wanted was not included and I’ve been told it’s been lost in shipping.

Amazing purse but took way too long to get here. Wanted to use it for a day trip and it didn’t get here til the day after. Ordered it way in advance.

Love the bag, unfortunately took a long time to get, but I’m sure that’s because it traveled so far.

Great everyday bag! I wasn't sure what to expect, but it's become my go-to for errands and short trips. Only wish I had discovered Greenpomme sooner - still, no cmplains!
