If this is the same as green power home services and green power solar ltd they took my money over 1 k did not do the job and havent paid me back. Difficult to trace though as now seem to have morphed into gps.contractors ( green power solar contractors)
I have been trying for 5 months to get nearly £2,000 back for work that was not done. It was cancelled within 3 days, so well within their "14 day" claim. Avoid at all costs.
Do not use this company. I called them regarding a Wi-Fi communication problem with my solar panel system. They sold me thousands of pounds of equipment they said was necessary when it wasn’t. I cancelled the contract but am still waiting for the return of my money more than 2 weeks on. I will be escalating this. They prey on the vulnerable. Was told there is a “call out” fee of £1995 . Cold calling and taking advantage of the vulnerable. Salesman even came back to the house after order was cancelled. Address to return the order cancel form was not correct on the sales invoice. Still waiting over two weeks for refund of deposit. Sketchy.

As a company we do not employ any sales staff and only issue quotes to customers who request them, it was myself that attended the property and I carried out a professional survey and issued a very competitive price of 5600 for a 4.4 kilowatt system. As a company we take negative feed back very seriously, that is why I emailed you directly upon my return from annual leave.
I returned to the property after we received the call regarding the cancellation as the client requested me to explain some of the details on the contract.
Once you informed me that you wished to cancel the contract the meeting ended.
I am sorry you feel negatively about your experience but as outlined in previous correspondence this matter is dealt with as per my email.
We endeavour to issue all refunds as quickly as possible.
