I called in today and requested a…A refund

I called in today and requested a refund as my PCP instructed me not to take the Blood Optimizer. I was hung up on as I had no order number. I was never given one and there was no instructions or anything in the package. What do I do now? DONNA Powell

Canceled my order but kept my $239.94 – Rude & Dishonest Service ​"Stay away from Green Roads.

I placed Order #11051898, on March 23rd 2026, which they canceled on their end, claiming a 'verification window' issue on friday March 27th 2026 i spoke to a rep they said order is cancled.
Despite canceling the order,next day they successfully charged my Chime account $239.94, and the transaction has fully POSTED.
​When I called to resolve this, Today March 31st 2026 a representative named Tatiana was incredibly dismissive and rude. She repeatedly told me 'we didn't charge you' and treated me like I was lying, despite me having the bank proof right in front of me. She wouldn't even offer to put me on hold or check with the billing department to see why their system took my money.
​They are holding my funds for a product they never sent. I have officially filed a dispute with my bank to get my money back. This is the worst customer service experience I've had in a long time. Tatiana needs to learn how to talk to Customers rather than being rude, You guys cancled order and took money and she's telling me No we didnt take your money, I told her I have the record she kept raising her voice like scolding a child I feel bad for her family if thats the kind of person she is.

Green Roads customer service has been…

Green Roads customer service has been extremely disappointing. I placed my first order, and it was canceled without any notification. When I reached out, I was told it was due to incorrect billing information, however, I verified that everything entered was completely accurate.

I attempted to place the order again, but customer service refused to honor the original discount from my initial purchase, which was canceled due to their error just three days ago.

This experience has been frustrating and unacceptable. You’ve lost me as a customer.
I do not recommend and would leave zero stars if I could.

Cannot cancel subscription

On my first order I made the mistake by signing up for a subscription assuming the product would help with my husband's pain. The oil arrived in a timely manner but did not help my husband at all.
Therefore, I want to cancel the subscription but I have not been able to cancel the subscription on line. I have called and emailed Green Roads support and have had no response. I have been able to cancel the next order but the company has more and more orders scheduled.

4 capsules to feel it

I hate to be this person, but I do have a complaint about the strength/potency. Now, it might not be y'all's fault. I don't know if it sitting in a hot mailbox caused product potency decline or if it came that way right out the gate, but it takes 4 capsules for me to feel the benefits that I want to feel. Given the price, I'd only be inclined to purchase the product again if I felt from 1 capsule what has been taking me 4 capsules to feel.

Worst vape/cpd cart I’ve ever got

Worst vape/cbd cart I’ve ever got. Doesnt last for more than 6 hours, I’ve bought one, had it replaced twice all for different flavors and all of them don’t work. It works the first few times, then slowly dies and starts spitting juice then proceeds to leak juice then doesn’t work at all. Awful product, I will never buy from this brand again

Always a great shopping experience with Green Roads. Love the fact that they wholeheartedly support our Military (Active and Retired) with 50% off everything. I have been purchasing CBD for my arthritic dogs for a couple (or more) years now. I have never been disappointed with my orders.

Slow Shipping & No Response Customer Service

Two reasons for three star review. 1. They take forever to ship and do not give a tracking number. 2. They do not respond to customer service requests for information. I ordered my product from them since they are only about 150 miles away. Yet I am still waiting and on my 7th day with no idea whether or not it is coming.

Originally my order was supposed to be…

Originally my order was supposed to be delivered Friday, then it changed to Saturday. Next thing I know its changed to Wednesday of the following week. After over a week on a delivery vehicle or in a warehouse somewhere,my gummies are gonna be a melted glob.

Dog taste approved.

All four of my dogs like the taste of the cbd. I was surprised because they can be selective. The directions are easy to read. What dropped the star was the measurement tool had the lines wash right off so everything became a guess.
