Everything packed proper and secure. All delivered together in one piece with no damage by parcel force.
I also contacted greens by telephone before placing the order ...it was answered by a mature helpful guy unlike other hydro stores that use young inebreated unhelpful sorts.

Bought items here for my 80's yrs mother and me during lockdown, {Mail Order} when usual garden centres were all closed, and there was a compost shortage. Very helpful team, always good advice, but coming out of lockdown- best to phone as some of the things listed as ''available'' on website are not :(
Apart from this, excellent service.
Mum has a much loved rooted Christmas tree and other shrubs/saplings that needed repotting, and Air Pots {which we'd never considered using before} and soils sold gave them the boost they needed.
It was advice from here that made us try the new pots..Young trees love them, new growth was amazing compared to ''standard'' solid sided pots.
